Medical Professionals, responsive and human
A very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy organisation. Trained professionals dealt with all my medical questions and concerns. With a real, genuine kindness and concern for my health, Slimmr were able to deal with how I should use mounjaro after I had achieved my target weight and also how to stop using it in advance of some forthcoming surgery I am waiting for. Outstanding Customer Service and Support
I’ve been a Slimmr customer for around 10 months and continue to be thoroughly impressed with the level of service. The support team is incredibly responsive. Any time I’ve emailed with a query, I’ve received a helpful reply within minutes.
There have been a couple of occasions where I’ve had delivery issues (entirely on my side), and each time the support and prescribing teams went out of their way to help me resolve things quickly. When I needed to adjust my monthly order due to an extended holiday, they accommodated my request to make sure I didn’t miss a dose, and offered helpful advice on traveling with the medication.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Reliable, efficient, and a real pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Trustworthy company to deal with. They offer online fitness classes, podcasts and more.
With price increases they have been proactive in keeping us up to date with what is happening and although probably not the cheapest you are guaranteed a company that is responsible and ethical.
