Do not purchase from this company and beware their deals on Groupon. They are not an authorized merchant for Microsoft. Their products are not legitimate. If you try to contact their "customer service", they are rude and then will ignore you if you request a refund or question their products or policies. Please save your money and do not purchase from them.

The Microsoft Office Suite programme that they offer via Groupon is not a genuine product. I downloaded the software on Monday, then spent 5 hours with Microsoft tech support trying to remove a bug that has caused loads of problems with Outlook and Onedrive. Tech support said I had downloaded this bug in the past 48 hours - the only software I had downloaded was from this company.
As other reviewers have said, as soon as you have a problem they go silent. Groupon won't refund you unless the merchant confirms that you didn't use the product. They are not going to do that.
This company are also not a verified agent for Microsoft (you can check a list of verified suppliers on Microsoft website).
With Onedrive, I found I was saving my documents to some random website (nothing to do with Onedrive) under the name Ridge Point?? It looks like they've taken a licence from the Microsoft software sold to schools and colleges. They probably don't have permission to use the licence.
I don't hold out any hope of getting a refund - glad I only spent £8.50 with them. A lesson learnt - you get what you pay for!

Price was excellent, item is as described and installed flawlessly. I used the password supplied and the specific email.

You cannot change the email and you cannot reset the password so make sure you record it or store safely.

I have bought and activated the voucher on Saturday it's now Wednesday and after checking emails I have had nothing through. I have contacted the getsoftwaredeals via email and had nothing. Within the last hour I have contacted Groupon then I have come across all the messages from existing customers over the last few days and now I don't hold out any hope.

Scammers. They advertise themselves as a "Certified Microsoft Partner". They're not, they're selling counterfeit software with serial number generators.
I can't believe Groupon are facilitating scammers.

Exactly the same problem as everyone else. I am extremely disappointed that Groupon are facilitating this Scammer! I have used Groupon in the past without any problems so trusted them when purchasing a voucher. You would think Groupon would check on merchents before dealing with them and stop selling vouchers as soon as they were made aware of a problem. However this is not the case, they still appear to be selling vouchers for this merchant. I too am unable to get a refund.

dont trust this Company. I bought this product in error via Groupon (a genuine mistake) and despite going back to them with the untouched product within 24 hrs they’ve refused a refund despite their refund promise.

I bought this software on Groupon and it is great I needed some help with the download and the help desk team were amazing I didn't know how to make the download work and they resolved my problem very quickly, I now have exactly the software I wanted at a great price, many thanks

Their link provided by groupon leads nowhere. Even typing it in the browser leads to nothing. I am now having the trouble of claiming my money back. And to the person who says they had to instal software on their machine before using the product - it only shows that the product and service from softwaredeals.com are both dodgy.

Excellent service, super fast delivery of the product details and all operating as promised so far.

Youjil from the support team was superfast in supplying all the necessary information to download the software and set this up, really delighted with the whole experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.
