Agree with the reviews below. I had maybe 1 month of decent adhesion to my phone and then it would hold it well at all. Even after cleaning it per their instructions and using a case with sticky surface on my phone it was very unreliable and phone would fall off with any bump in the road.

i have recently bought 2 from their site and its ridiculously rubbish.
too sticky at the start and literally after 3-4 use, it attracts too much dust and unfortunately does not stick anymore. just a waste of money.
the customer service is so bad as well, respond super super late.
gave no solutions to resolve this situation. in the end they end up not replying me at all.

Don't buy this. It goes from really sticky to non-stick in 2 weeks. Customer service ignored you after you insist of refund. Stinking Chinese scam.

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews here, this phone mount is one of the best out there. I have been looking for a wireless charging mount that can clip to my air vent for sometime now. After trying and returning a dozen on Amazon I gave this one a try and I'm glad I did! This is the only mount that doesn't fall to the side on my vertical air vents on my car. The customer service is outstanding. I reached out to get some extra pet stickers and they answered right away and offered me a couple more without hesitation! If your looking for a solid mount that has a very small foot print and looks super sleek then buy this one right now!

I was really excited to make this purchase but after reading all the reviews I can’t justify $40 for such a non proven product. Too many people saying it doesn’t work and that the suction is weak or didn’t work with their case... therefore I cannot take the risk and the customer service process sounds worse than Delta airlines 😬 I’ll find something else with reviews that prove worthy.

It looks great, but that is about all it has going for it. The device has no capability to hold a phone vertically when you are just going over mild bumps. Now that winter has set in, until the car warms up the device is pretty much useless. I love the idea, but I will be getting a magnetic charger that I know will hold the phone.

I was really bummed the product didn't work. Not enough movement in the balljoint to create an angle where I could read my phone. The suction to the car was also too small physically, and I didn't have a flat enough spot on my dashboard for it to stay put.

Customer service was pretty good - personable and helpful once I pleaded my case. Be forewarned that the return period is extremely short - 7 days! - but if you have extenuating circumstances, ask for an exception. I'm giving 3 stars due to the service, when the product would be a 1 since it just would not work no matter what I tried.

Love the charging and the mount. The adhesive sucks (pun intended negatively). After the second day my phone would just randomly fall off. Not worth the cost. Good idea, but a crappy product.

Pretty but doesn’t do what it was created for. Hold your phone. I have the XS Max and it holds for a little while then just falls off while I’m driving.

Easy to install, very Handy, charges well, sticks to flat surfaces without anything else, use the sticky pad where you don't have a flat surface, I have tried others, this one is the best one I have used!

I bought the spiegel in August for my boyfriends birthday, and I just got it today..3 months later. It was the most ridiculous shipping problem I have ever dealt with. First the email that the company sent to me said my device was delivered, it wasn't. Then I got an email that said my address wasn't valid when every other company hasn't had a problem shipping anything to me. To top all of this off I didnt get an email response unless I threatened to take my money back because I was obviously getting scammed. It took 3 months for me to finally get the charger, I would never recommend ordering anything from them to anyone. So if you want 3 months of frustration and disappointment the order a spiegel wireless charger.

Really cool product. Works great. Works with my life proof case. Great costumer service as well. Won’t be disappointed with this charger/ mount.

Awesome product, even better Customer Service!

Purchased the spiegel wireless car charger and everything works like great. Easy setup with no issues charging with my iPhone XS Max. Unfortunately my case wasn't compatible so I had to use the PET adhesive that came along with package.

Fast forward to now bought the iPhone 11 XS Max and to my surprise the naked phone wouldn't suction to the charger. Contacted Spiegel to request additional PET adhesives which they supported without hesitation. They even sent additional dust absorbers all free of charge. Not sure about other reviews but from my experience I would definitely recommend the company and their products !

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Product never showed up, customer service takes WEEKS to reply to emails, had to get my bank to reverse charges. What a horrible company.

Bought a charging - holder thing. Failed to get it to stay stuck on my dashboard so I emailed them and they sent an extra sticky pad, I didn't get it so I emailed them again and they re-sent it. All while constantly asking if there was anything else they could do for me.

Ok, I purchased the Spiegel charger in red. I have some constructive criticism, though it somewhat works ok for me, in will probably not be using this full time.

I love the idea of the wireless charging in the car (though of course there is a wire to the base). I installed it in my GTI, right between the two middle vents, just below the hazard button. Great place to put it.

The first time I put my phone (Galaxy S10), the "nanosuction" worked extremely well. Like, too well. 😂 I had to fight to get it off, even had to side a credit card behind it to pry it off. This happened a few more times until it got a little dusty. When you have the phone on the base in your car, removing it from the suction is awkward. The base rotates, so you go to grab it and it just moves with the base. Also, since the suction is too good at times, I've actually pulled out the hazard light portion of my dash. Like it came right off with the charger and base on it. It doesn't damage anything when this happens, it goes right back in. But this makes removing the phone each time an ordeal. Pull straight up on the phone, it tilts on the base, and keep pulling up until it pops off, while pushing down on the base with the other hand so it doesn't disassemble my dash. Then half the time I'm doing this wresting game, the MICRO USB (WHY DIDNT THEY USE USB-C FOR CHRISSAKES, ITS 2019) comes popping out. Now try and replace that from facing the front while the plug hole is in the back and you can't see it. I can already tell the female is port on it is somewhat flimsy and already a little damaged.

I've had issues also with having to place the phone JUST PRECISELY SO so that it charges consistently. I've had issues with just tapping it and it pauses charging. Then starts back up again. It's very sensitive.

So this was a good idea in theory, just needs some tweaking. I think the angle needs to have the option of locking in place. It needs to be USB-C, with the port along the side instead of behind (looses some asthetics this way, so at least should be USB-C). I guess the stickiness really isn't a negative, but it's not so easy to remove and replace.l just right.

Also I'll just say this, maybe I'm wrong but the 5 star reviews on here look fake.

Great product I have purchased 2 of these now and the customer service is amazing as well a must have for any car.
