A quick response from the support team

The support team was quick to respond and search a satisfying solution. I finally got a full refund for my order. However, all this experience would have been even better if from the beginning I would have been able to revise my order and discard the products I was not really interested in. In this way I would have already purchased the only star product I was really looking for.

BE WARNED Before Ordering from Syngas.Pro (getsyngas.com)

I went to the 'Syngas.Pro' website which redirected me to their US site (they are headquartered in Hong Kong). BE WARNED, their ordering process is very sketchy, because when go to order one of their OBD Fuel Saver modules, you have to enter your name, address, and credit card information first, and then before seeing your order summary, you have to go through numerous pages of 'special deals' for other items before you get the 'Order Summary' page. You NEVER get the opportunity to revive and approve the order because the system just submits the order. In my case, the 'Order Summary' page showed additional items I didn't order or want (I declined on those previous pages). I immediately called their 'Customer Service’ and requested that the order be cancelled because there are 2 additional items on the 'Order Summary' page I didn't order or want. The representative pulled up the order and confirmed the items I didn't want, or order were on the order. She said she would cancel the order, but 5 minutes later I received an email from her (Barbara) stating that the order 'has already been packed and dispatched for shipping, so, unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible. I'm sorry but even Amazon isn't that efficient.

To add insult to injury, when I finally received the order confirmation 30 minutes after I called and tried to cancel the order, there is a section in it that includes “IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please be advised that due to large order quantities, our average shipping times have increased and are estimated below based on your location”. It then shows delivery information which showed an estimated Shipping time for US purchased of '7 - 12 Business Days'.

Be warned that ordering from this company (showed on me credit card as 'CART-DEALSHOPO') could result in additional items being added to your order, and there is no way to prevent this from happening because their ordering system doesn't give you the opportunity to review the order before submitting it.

In numerous emails to the different representatives from 'get-syngas.com', they said I have 30 days to request an authorization to return all items for a full refund, but according to their 'Terms & Conditions' page, they require me to pay the return shipping cost for items I didn't want or order'.

Be warned and make sure you read the 'Terms & Conditions' before purchasing anything from this site, because once they have your credit card number, there is no going back.
