It is a very slow and limited operation, they will do the bare minimum of filling the forms and submitting them but if you need anything more than that they are impossible to contact, my emails on an urgent matter have been ignored for weeks and when they finally did get back to be they made excuses of not receiving my emails which is impossible because I kept it all in one thread.
I will not be submitting my self assessments with GetTaxDone ever again and do not recommend anyone to use their services!

I've been chasing these guys since late November about my EIS exemptions and have heard nothing back. There are plenty of alternatives, don't waste your time with these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- as an etoro users I get referred to this company. I’ve submitted the details but have no clue if this has been processed or not. Get Tax done more like chase them and receive nothing back until the 5th hour.

Due to deadlines and potential fines if the return is missed I will never use those company again.

It wasn’t until I messaged the director on LinkedIn when I got a response. Trust me this is not worth the headache if you are new to the tax system.

I believe if I didn’t chase multiple times my return wouldn’t of been submitted which is highly unprofessional

Their live chat is dead, nobody answering, no telephone number to call.
No response to emails yet!!! Help.

Easy to access and the staff are amazing and excellent customer service. Filing the tax returns on time and hassle free was very important for me and I’m happy with the way it was handled.

They really take the time to get your tax done well and before the deadline.

Easy to understand online form and quickly available support from a real tax adviser all at a fraction of a face to face accountant cost. Fast turnaround too. Will be using them again next years tax date.

I had assumed that the site would be quite difficult to use but found it very intuitive and received my return the same day.

Dont often leave a review but for products or services but felt this was great value for money compared to what my previous accountant charged, and simple and easy to use. Have recommended to friends and family.

can't even file things correctly ! avoid at all costs as they will end up costing you more

If you have any issues with the tax form and you need to change anything it is imposible.
On chat they answer when they want and say to contact them over emails.
No replay to the emails you send even after 2 months.
Imposible to resolve.
Money spent for nothing, customer service at all.
How to get in touch with a company that has no phone number to call on the website or anywhere else.
