The course was a short one approx 3 hours which makes it nice. Breaking courses down to doable hours gives a person the feeling of accomplishment!

Failed to provide test access
Tips is obligated to update the California RBS portal within 24 hours of me completing the course and they haven’t yet, so I cannot take the test and receive the certification that I paid for.

If you’ve completed the course once you…
If you’ve completed the course once you shouldn’t need to take the same exact course over again. This stuff is not things you forget. It’s info and strategies you use every shift. So a refresher course that is severely cut down would be nice. You should be able to take a test and if you fail, take the course again. If you pass, your certificate renews
