This is a great platform for all communications. The pay option is very user friendly and efficient even though there are kinks that still need to be worked out in that platform.

My experience with weave has been great. Easy to navigate. It's great for first time users.
Dishonest
Signed up for demo which was fine. Tons of sales pressure to sign contact ASAP. They advertised Amazon gift card upon completion of demo and that was a lie! Only after a lengthy email exchange and finally emailing the CEO did I finally receive the advertised gift card. If this is representative of their customer service, one star is generous.

Increased efficiency and workflow
I use Weave daily at work to communicate with clients. It is a wonderful tool to help document communications efficiently, whether it is text or by telephone. The AI call intelligence is pretty good at recording communications and compiling it into a concise review of the communication. I do have to go through and make sure it has captured the communication accurately and correct medication spelling errors. Clients can send photos quickly for review. The only thing I wish the program would do is generate a summary of a voice mail I leave for a client. Sometimes the voice mails can be detailed and it would be nice if I could copy and paste it into the record. Otherwise, Weave has made documenting communications extremely efficient.

Love the many features weave offers, being able to send mass text messages has been a game changer for our office! We are also a big fan of the missed call text message; this has helped speed up our customer response time greatly. We love phone analytics, it keeps us on our toe and has even sparked some friendly competition in the office as well as encouraging us to raise our call answer rate. Thanks for all you do for us Weave!!!
Love payments! A couple notes on contacts and calls...
I love the payment portal and flexibility when taking payments. I love being able to text patients from the desktop. I wish I could edit patient contact cards. Some of the softphones in our office also don't ring despite incoming calls coming in.
