Highly recommend the BioCare iE300 ECG machine! It’s accurate, portable, and very easy to use. The mobile app is also friendly for elderly users, and the large digits make it perfect for those with vision issues. A great, reliable tool for quick ECG tests both in the clinic and on the go.

Awesome customer service. Very courteous and patient in listening to prospective customer's needs (specifically around arrhythmia detection with their patient monitors), and honestly explain the limitation of their products. Will definitely return if/when Wellue products meet my needs!

O2ring is a great product for OSA patients to monitor and O2 and heart rate in real time and it also alart patients.if O2 level is too low and heart rate is to high. it is not expensive, most important it can be a life safer

On two occasions - once in 2004 and once in 2005 - my Wellue was buzzing continuously and I went to the ER because of that. On both, I had new lung clots. The Wellue signaled me to go to the ER before symtoms manifested and before a lot more clots would have formed. I have given my son a Wellue as well.

The blood pressure watch has helped my husband avoid falling by knowing his BP was too low. Simple enough to usa. We like it.

I bought a SPO2 ring from Wellue, and the shopping experience was seamless. The product arrived very quickly, and has exceeded my expectation in quality and function. It's been super helpful to show my overnight Oxygen numbers to help me finetune my CPAP therapy - an absolute must have gadget!

I use it for neuropathy flare ups & it does the job. I like that it is drug free with no side effects. hate that it takes me a long time to cover all of my affected areas. It keeps the pain away for about 24 hours if I treat each area for at least 10 minutes. I had surgery on my foot 6 months ago where they cut the bone in 2 places, & I started to use this for a neuropathy flare beginning a few weeks ago; surprisingly it even takes the post-op pain away from my surgical site.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased an oxygen concentrator and O2 ring. It was beautiful while they worked <2.5 weeks. When the unit failed I went onto their website to connect via chat. There is no real chat - responses when they came were in the middle of the night. I accurately described the problem with the concentrator. They asked for a video - ok I filmed how when the unit was turned on an alarm sounded and 2 lights were illuminated. They asked for a photo of the serial number. Eventually they asked me to open the unit, check all the tubes and wires to see if they were twisted or crushed and then to CHECK THE COMPRESSOR AND THE SOLENOID VALVE! They did not explain how I was to identify those elements or how the customer was suppose to know how to "check" them. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to pay return shipping which they would not refund (even though the reason for the return was their merchandise failure in less than 30 days from purchase). They did offer to send a replacement but I was not willing to risk having to pay yet another $106 return shipping charge on something that might not last more than a couple of weeks and for which I could expect no service. This company has NO USA presence. Return shipping address was a residential apartment in Las Vegas and it took a month for them to actually respond to USPS for delivery. Do yourself a favor and find another supplier for your equipment.

SO...months later and apparently they are still "looking into" refunding my shipping costs. I maintain my claim - worst business I have ever dealt with.

Great device, very easy to track SPO2 and pulse readings through the entire night. Battery is more than enough for one night. Helped me optimize my sleep by taking precautions, and see what is working and what is not (nasal dilators, chin straps, sleeping position, etc.)

I have been using various BiPAP machines for over 25 years. Due to issues with ResMed and Philips devices I was forced to look for an alternative. I found the Wellue website and ended up purchasing a BiPAP machine. The unit was half the cost of my ResMed AirCurve 11 and has the T-mode that I did not have on the AirCurve. I use my BiPAP 24/7 and after 6 months of use I have had no issues or complaints.

Quiet and dependable

The price was reasonable. I got my machine in a reasonable amount of time.

Neat little ring spO2 monitor. Convenient to wear overnight and the battery lasts for more than one night which is nice. It's not USB C which is a bummer, but otherwise it works decently and gives me the information I'm looking for.

Wellue responded quickly to my email regarding questions I had about calibration because of different measurements simultaneously from 2 Sleepue devices. They suggested doing all measurements on left hand thumb for accurate readings and gave me a 10% discount on ring SpO2 HR which is much more stable during activity.

I did my research to find a product to measure my O2 while I slept. Everything i read kept bringing me back to Wellue. I then narrowed it down between the wrist monitor and the ring. Wrist monitor won. I use it at night to track my sleep apnea. I know it is as accurate as they say because of how I feel after I wake up. If you want a good product, this is it!

Ok this device is not so great when it works. The SP02 is irractic in its results. The touch screen is intermittent and you have buggy software. I cannot update the software. It is useful for the ECG and Sp02 when it works.

I have ordered 2 Wellue oxygen monitors and both were delivered in a timely manner. The devices are invaluable in monitoring my low oxygen levels due to sleep apnea and help to guide my treatment.

I bought two vitals monitors for my medical practice and they have been great! Excellent value for the money and I would definitely use them again
