I have been using this for over a year

I have been using this for over a year. Recently on it's highest setting. I have fair skin and dark hair. I have wasted many many hours doing my legs, groin and chest. So far Nothing has happened. The hair just keeps growing back. I have shaved and used hair removal cream both, before using this. I am very disappointed that this expensive machine has done nothing !

I’ve had this product for over a year…

I’ve had this product for over a year and I have white skin and dark hair. I’ve wasted hours and hours doing regular treatments and I think I’m actually hairier than when I started thanks to all the shaving. I doesn’t work and is a waste of money.

SCAM Artists!

I placed my order on the 30 June 2020 and today is 21 July 2020 and to date I have had no communication from them with updates on my order!

:(

I have sent several emails to support also messaged them on Facebook and every email and message has been ignored!

I am totally PISSED and feel they are nothing but SCAM ARTIST and would warn everyone to not buy from them as they have no integrity and definitely not customer centric!

What will it take for someone from the company to actually get in touch with me...? I left a poor review on Facebook and that's simply ignored!

My parcel got lost!!!

I have ordered my Wetty Pro, but my package got lost. After contacting support, they confirmed it and immediately sent me another parcel. I received it within 10 days and I must say, they went all the way to exceed my expectations. Thank you Vanessa and the team.

After 10 Weekly Treatments I still have all my hair!!!

Let me start off by saying that I have very white pale skin and brown hair. Based on the product description I should be a great candidate for Wetty.

I did 10 weekly treatments on my chest and stomach. I went over the area twice on each treatment. My last treatment was on May 12, 2020. So 8 days ago as of writing this review. I can already tell that every hair follicle will have re-growth. Most of it has already started to grow back. Yes maybe Wetty has slowed down the growth cycle and maybe the hair is a little bit thinner but give it a couple more weeks and I will be in the same place I was before I started Wetty. I have a before picture and I am waiting for the hair to fully grow back before I put them side-by-side.

The instructions say that you may need to do touch up treatments every 1-2 weeks after the initial 10 treatments. From what I can tell I will need to do full treatments every week (including shaving). Which to be honest doesn't even keep me hair-free. The hair starts to grow back 2-3 days after each treatment. This is definitely not permanent hair removal.

Basically, the product does not work and is a waste of time. Speaking of which, the time it takes for the Wetty to recharge between shots is really long. It takes me well over an hour to treat my chest and stomach. Other products such as Silkn can do 3-4 shots in the same amount of time it takes Wetty to do one.

Don't waste your money on this. From my experience, it does not work!

The device works for sure, result varies from person to person and some time requires consistent treatment for stubborn hairs. It requires 18-24 treatment sessions to achieve desired results. Laser hair removal is not instant, requires consistent use.


Could you please let us know specifically which area you’re opting to treat?

In that way, we will be able to provide you with a specialized set of instructions. Please answer the following questionnaire.


- Did you shave the treatment area before using the device?
- Do you have White/Gray or Blonde Hair?

Just to give you some peace of mind, hair can seem to be growing still up to 2 weeks after your last treatment – this is perfectly normal and it is called ejection.

It is recommended to shave these growing hair to keep the device in good condition, using the device on hair will cause the hair to go into the device and cause malfunctions. It is recommended to keep using the IPL device to remove these stubborn hair growths.

Works better than expected

DANGEROUS. Power supply exploded in my hand.

Plugged the unit in (UK 3 pin), and the power supply EXPLODED in my hand. The support email address replied offering a new power supply. I refused, asking instead for a refund, which in fairness was offered, but only after I send the unit back, at my cost.
Now call me suspicious, but I don't think I'll get the money back, and I don't think I should pay the return shipping costs.
I sent photos of the exploded power supply, it was quite a bang, and scorched my hand and wall.
Instead, I'm going to send the unit to the UK trade department for proper electrical safety testing.
