Our power bank is a unique product that was designed solely with necessity in mind and presents itself as an easy, high quality and convenient solution for the everyday consumer. As an emergency unit, it has just enough power to get your through the day if ever you get caught out without enough power. It clips easily only your bag, your keys or another item that you prefer and weighs only 62g, which is less than half an apple! This would have been a 5 star grading, but due to the first 2 items ordered being faulty,
I have dropped a star.
I cannot fault how the issue was resolved as this was dealt with promptly and in a satisfactory manor.

Had mine a couple of years
Brilliant. Smallest & lightest power bank I could find. I use it connected to a gropro when flying to extend the Gopro recording beyond the normal 1hr battery life. The power bank allows me 4-5hours none stop video.
Power bank is still going strong.

Requesting a refund as did not charge as expected
Takes ages to charge up initially and then dies after only 5 mins of charging a phone! Mobile battery only increased by 5%.
Pulse were very quick at replying and apologising, and said they would issue a refund.

Whilst we appreciate honesty in reviews we receive, we also encourage full transparency based on the facts so our buyers can understand our products, any identified faults and our efforts to fix and resolve these.
We responded within 4 minutes of receiving your email and confirmed based on the information provided that we believe the products you received were faulty and processed a refund immediately; not sure how money was wasted as we resolved this right away. Whilst we do test every single unit we distribute personally and by hand, there will on rare occasions be faults which is not a testament to our business or power bank, but rather unfortunate circumstances that we aim to mitigate.
We are disappointed though that you have chosen to use an isolated event to represent our firm and product whilst leaving out the immediate resolution. However we accept that the fault of the unit is ours and shows we still have work to do.
As per our power guide, buyers are made fully aware of how much power to expect. We have also confirmed the charging speed and voltage of the power bank. It is not a fast charge unit. Doing so will damage the unit especially being so small and for emergencies. We also provide a warranty and as you experienced yourself, we are available to assist when you have issues with our product.
Great costumer service
This is the beautiful of the small companies:to care about people. Unfortunately mine was a gift and it doesn't work on our phones (s21ultra and s23ultra) but they gave me the refund straight away and they will check the issue, as soon will.be fixed they Will send me the power bank.
They are very kind and great 👍

With a Pulse fob you have the convenience and reassurance thatvyoull never be without power for that important call or message, whether you're a Andriod or Iphone user the fob works with either. The product range is great, keeps expanding regards colours etc, great discounts onsite and cute Christmas designs too. They make a truly thoughtful , stylish and useful gift or treat for yourself. The customer service too is top notch , swift responses, friendly and generous team
