I initially went to Zealthy for a med they couldn’t provide, steps to cancel my monthly subscription were unclear and they never cancelled my recurring membership despite me never receiving medications or services. They never sent emails to inform me of a recurring charge and in fact they sent emails saying my payment was not valid but still was charging my account. DO NOT USE THEM
Now they are saying to email them at support as if I haven’t done that and have been given canned response of apologies and explanation that membership dues cannot be refunded. No address of the deceptive billing practices or lack of communication

What a freaking scam!! I signed up and then decided that I didn't want to do it. I let them know multiple times that I wanted to cancel, and actually thought that it was, but then I noticed several months later that they had continued to charge me every month, but had never sent me any medication! So, I just paid multiple months and received absolutely nothing!! Come on, Zealthy! Get it together!!!

The first 6 months were great. January I signed up for 6 months. I was prescribed 2.5mg of sema and they sent 1.5mg. It’s been over 30 days of me contacting them to get this resolved. It’s been 30 days of “please wait 1-2 business days.” It’s unacceptable. I paid for 6 months of 2.5mg. And I’ve been shorted. They’ve literally done nothing to make this right. I filed a BBB complaint two weeks ago, and they somehow got the complaint closed, despite no recourse. At this point, I’ve told them if they aren’t going to resolve this by Friday, I’m reporting them to the FL pharmacy state board and the attorney general.
Reply: I’ve already emailed in the last 24hrs, for the 100th time in February. You all are really quick to respond to reviews and BBB complaints…but can’t resolve a customer’s issue. Interesting.

A place you could improve: I absolutely cannot log in to Zealthy by using the log in page. I’ve messaged back and forth in an effort to figure that out. Nope! That cost Zealthy my business in another prescription area. Beside that hic-up, the staff could not have been more helpful. The prescription I did successfully receive, comes on time and renews without delay. I’ll continue to use Zealthy.

The authorization and product shipping is excellent. However the communication lacks. I requested a specific medication and they chose what they wanted to give me. Now its hard for me to switch.

DO NOT USE. All of the good reviews here are bots and are generated responses. I had the same exact experience as all of the 1 star reviewers here. Zealthy/AMRx/Rohealthy - they keep changing the names or umbrella companies but Zealthy is the main one. I have a file pending with the FTC and another one with BBB. There will be more coming and working on getting them banned in my state.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First you can never get anyone in the phone. Then, when I did, THEY HUNG UP ON MY 2X! The website NEVER WORKED! even after I canceled, online, in an email and on the phone they still charged me the next month's membership fee and medication costs. I was finally able to get it refunded (thank goodness I had all the documentation) but STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!
