Fast delivery, nice products, fair prices

Fast and the best packaging I’ve ever seen.

They forgot to pack one of the bottles which was annoying but the customer service was quick, friendly and gave me a refund on the product.

The delivery company also failed to deliver the package (not really geuzeshops fault) but here the customer service was again quick, helpful and friendly. It ended up with them sending the package again to a new adress of my choice and to a pickup point instead of home delivery per my request.

All delivered in time as promissed

Packing even more that perfect... nobody wants to get a broken bottle, probably you could save some money with a basic packing but nothing against it, you did perfect.
Also the main concept behind the shop, for some people out of Belgium you are the only option we have.
Not 5 Stars...well, you deserve them but that would mean that there is no room for improvement improvement and perhaps would make the review not trustful.

your selection of Geuze is fantastic. Shopping was quick and easy. The delicious Geuze was delivered quickly. But the packaging was not good. The package was packed in such a way that the bottles lay / had to lie. As a result, the bottles sweated slightly. It smelled like Geuze and the bottles were damp.
You should improve that.
Otherwise I look forward to the next order

A couple of small teething problems, with the courier, not the shop, who rectified everything quickly. Package arrived in good time, bottles well packed and well protected. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

I had a really good experience shopping with them. Prices are high though, but great communication with merchant, and they were prompt to ship. Packaging was amazing as well as the box was so well wrapped it would survive anything. All around good experience.
