This is a scammer. It seems like this is an old German guy running this scam. He sent me an envelope with some printed doc and an empty envelope. The envelope was addressed to some Finanzamt. Now, after using that envelope, the letter went to the wrong Finanzamt. Now I requested him to send me the same letter as PDF so that I can send the correct Finanzamt and this nincompoop is not responding to me back at all.

Please do not use this service. PLEASE DO NOT. I'M A FOREIGNER AND YOU GOTTA TRUST ME ON THIS. Like others, he took my 25 euros.
