Submitted 3 big boxes of mixed Lego pieces and gave an estimate of what was there. I knew the scales I had used weren’t that great but it was an idea for submitting. Had my estimate and was pleased with that so sent off. On receiving my monies they had obviously weighed it all and got precise weights and gave me more money than I had expected for what I had sent. How often does that happen these days!!!!! Very happy and would recommend to anyone what a service. Thank you 😀

GEX offered me a good price for all my games, higher than any other company I had tried.

When the games arrived at their company, they emailed me to let me know they had received them. I received another email to let me know they were happy with my games, and the money was straight in my bank within the hour.

Unfortunately yodel lost the parcel I sent to them and were totally useless. Luckily Jase dealt with the claim and honoured my full payment even though Yodel only paid them part of the compensation. Always replied to my emails promptly and politely, excellent customer service. Would definitely use again (although maybe select the royal mail option!!)

Sent my games with a free label they provided, didn't have to wait too long for my games to be shipped and for them to check and confirm, got a decent bargain for it in the end as opposed to selling to competitors, or just throwing them away. 5 star because I really have no complaints :D

Been clearing out a lot of my old nes, game boy, megadrive and Xbox games. They offered a decent price and was paid quickly. Free postage is a bonus which is easy to do. Thanks GEX.

Ordered items that never turned up. Disputed the payment and bank sided with me and issued me a refund. Now resorting to sending threatening letters via post. Have had to report to trading standards unfortunately.

Owner is now also trying to bully/intimidate me into deleting this review, stating he will release my personal details if I refuse to do so. Please stay away from this company!
