GFS express is the worst

GFS express is probably hands-down the worst courier that Temu could’ve ever chosen for south africa. nonexistent customer service, extremely slow and very unprofessional.
when I eventually got through to customer support, they just told me it’s out for delivery (i can check this myself on the website), but "they have no way of contacting the driver" until they are unable to deliver the package that was supposed to be delivered today.
PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

Extremely anxious, because i have a few more packages that are being "handled" through GFS.

Delivered but not Received no verification or calls to deliver

I ordered stuff for my daughters baby shower all went well until I had to deal with GFS courier, on 22 Feb they state parcel out for delivery on 23rd phoned and lady refusing to give name telling me it’s not her problem she works from home,asked to put me through to manager you she puts the phone down on me,all of the sudden at 19:00 the parcel has been delivered which I did not receive nor did I get a phone call, then I phone and it’s stated it was delivered, the more I explain I did not receive the more I must wait till I receive or someone to phone me and when I raised the question who was it delivered to and how if I have a code that I need to give it was stated a lot of people don’t have WhatsApp so code not needed on delivery meaning anyone can receive a parcel from GFS why and how is this possible

Super pathetic service!

Parcel arrived in Cape Town 13 days ago, still not delivered. All the call centre can say is that they will escualte my delivery. Pin location was requested more than a week ago but still no parcel. Worst service I have ever had from any courier company. Not even worth the 1 star!

GFS EXPRESS ITS BEEN A MONTH

GFS EXPRESS MY PARCEL HAS BEEN IN YOUR HANDS SINCE THE 4TH OF JANUARY 2026. THE TRACKING STATUS SAYS EVERY DAY OUT FOR DELIVERY.

WHEN I CALL THE USELESS EXCUSE OF A JOKE CALL CENTRE YOUR RUNNING, THEY EITHER HANG UP, OR TELL ME MY PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. THE AGENT THAT I THOUGHT WOULD KEEP HER WORD APOLOGIZED AND SAID THE PARCEL US STILL AT THE HUB IN WATER FRONT. AND SHE WOULD GET HER MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN AN HOUR WHICH WAS WEEKS AGO AND NEVER HAPPENED.

AFTER NUMEROUS OF PHONE CALLS I MADE WITH MY OWN AIRTIME AND MY CUSTOM FEES I PAID AND MY TIME OF HAVING TO PUT OFF THINGS DUE HAVING TO WAIT IN FOR MY PARCEL IS UNBELIEVABLE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED.

AND GUESS WHAT I CALLED IN YESTERDAY ONCE AGAIN. THE FIRST AGENT HANG UP ON ME. AND THE SECOND AGENT TOLD ME MY PARCEL HAD BEEN SENT BACK TO CHINA.

I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM TEMU AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I RATE YOU A 0.BUT HSVJBG TO COMPLETE MY REVIEW IM FORCED TO RATE YOU SOMETHING.

ITS LITERACY BEEN MORE THEN A MONTH I ORERED LAST YEAR EARLY TO MID DECEMBER 2025 AND STILL NO PARCEL AND FOR SOME REASON YOUR SENDING MY PARCEL BACK?BUT YOUR NOT WORRIED AS LONG AS YOUR COLLECTING ALL YOUR SCAM CUSTOM FEES.

Enough of this fraud and corruption at GSF Courier Service!

I see that many reviews have absolutely denigrated this courier service and to date, nothing has changed so this is really a redundant exercise in most ways. But, let me add to the slew of invective against this deplorable courier service to also include my utter disgust at Temu for insisting on using this fraudulent company again and again. As others have stated, Buffalo Logistics, the other company Temu utilizes has always been reliable. GSF has repeatedly disconnected my calls, my package has been long overdue. There are facetious messages of promised delivery on the tracking system. Temu merely offers a paltry apology that the package is significantly overdue, but nothing else. GSF customer service is also unprofessional, and markedly unhelpful. They become distant and disconnect one when one asks direct questions about the misleading promises of delivery and why the package is still been sorted when it's been sitting in the warehouse according to them for weeks, yet, is also somehow simultaneously 'out for delivery'. Ridiculous and simultaneously ludicrous to be internationally recognized and be corrupt. This mass manipulation and fraudulence on both Temu (who have clearly ignored the patent permeation of complaints about GSF and continue to use them) and GSF, liars and thieves, must cease immediately!

They should not be given any stars. My granddaughter saved all her Christmas money to buy some jeans etc off Temu. It was supposedly delivered to our house on the 31st. Nothing arrived, no response from GFS on queries. My husband phoned and asked for help first thing yesterday morning and they said they would get back to him. We're still waiting. We have been trying all day. My 11 year old granddaughter was so excited to get her clothes, now she has no clothes and no money left, she's really upset!!

Lies and bad service of GFS express

I ordered good from Temu and paid the VAT and import duty on 01/01/26.
I have not to date received my arcel. On their said the order says that they tried to deliver without success twice. That is a complete lie, I am always home and no one phoned to say I am at your door or I am lost. Will not use Temu again bcause of this terrible service of their couriers.
