They have an efficient customer service, they are in Germany but they have a direct phone dedicated to italian customers, and so I think also the same for other foreign clients.

Wouldn’t shop here again to be honest
A little disappointed must admit but they have a good intentions and very good tables to be fair. Just missing screws and a board underneath which would make it safe. Had to put foam over sharp parts that are left exposed. Whether the tables for a business or home that is not good because someone could get hurt.
