I deposited 100 dollars, turned it into like 1.2k. Then playing blackjack and won 300 extra. Tried to withdraw after for three weeks but they refused it. After a while, they just deleted my account.

i have never seen a more blatantly obvious scam site in my life. The cards on black jack are so rigged not to mention every other game on there. How is this even legal?

They actually stole my money. They froze my account. Asked me kyc. I did it. They didn't unlock it. I contacted them again to see what the fck is going on. I'll do the kyc again, you know what, be happy with my 20 dollars. Never again!

Do not bother playing here as it is full of cheat rings that constantly shove all in (every single hand,in turns) to pressure you into shoving all in too..its clear as daylight and GG poker let it happen, i will play my poker and spend my money elsewhere.others have complained about it and the large number of bots that somehow win every hand on river…LOL avoid this scam sight

Customer service is very poor too

They let you win in the beginning (HONEYMOON) phase and from time to time, But after they let you win a little get ready to bend over.. Doesn't matter how strong your hand is, Even with 3 or 4 outers and a suit needed after flop, Turn and River always misses.. To make it worse expect to lose to weaker hands 10/4os or 9/2os with one outer that hit every turn and river.. The more you play the less your allowed to win. After playing for awhile expect to never see pockets and get ready to be dealt 2s 3s and 4s the whole tournament. And being ring-fenced in Ontario sucks, playing against the same 200-300 players max any given time.. Don't let GGPoker convince you they're tested and regulated, That's a a farce.. GOODLUCK, PLAY AT OWN RISK...

Non stop bad run outs, its getting ridiculous now. Honestly you never see this much bad beats in live poker ever, finding it extremely hard to stay playing on this site.

Deposited $10 to see what this site and platform was like. Just like a few other scam sites, every hand I had lost guaranteed. Go in with pocket kings and loose to crap on the river, what a joke. This site is so rigged it's not funny. It only took me $10 and a few hours to see how rigged the gameplay is, obvious scam. Save your money and frustrations. Just like most of these online poker sites, rigged! Obvious scam. Stay away.

Good interface but very poor support. I recently several support requests which either got ignored or weren’t answered properly, including:

The server had an outage today and the tournament was paused whilst I was playing a$150 satellite. I then couldn’t log in. I got a standard response saying the tournament may be resumed if possible or refunded. I sent a reply asking how I will know if the tourney is restarted and what if I am no longer available. I didn’t get a response. When I was finally able to log in hours later the ticket has gone and so has the tournament.

There is a 100k freeroll and to qualify you have to play 100 cash game hands. Despite doing that on multiple days I have been unable to register for the freeroll as it says that I don’t have a ticket. No idea why am not being awarded a ticket when having met the stated requirements. Have messaged support and I guess I’ll just have to wait to see if I get a sensible response, if any at all.
