I love Ghanda but my latest experience has been terrible. Order placed two weeks ago and it's still not dispatched. Reached out to support team and waited the standard 1-4 days but got no reply. Eventually got a reposnse on instagram and then an email from the support team but they failed to answer any of my questions/concerns and just gave a general insight into when it could be dispatched. They have their cut off dates for Christmas delivery but I don't understand how they can advertise this when it seems the vast majority of customers orders are taking at least 2 weeks, if not longer, just to dispatch. I'm moving house at the end of this month and not convinced I'm going to get my order in time. Offered to pay extra for express shipping, but again, I got no response to that question in the email reply. Rubbish service and I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication.
Edit - my order dispatched not long after writing this review so holding out hope it arrives in time for Christmas. Estimated delivery date is Christmas eve. I (like many others) have received a 20% off voucher as an apology. Appreciate the sentiment, but it has to be used by the 31st Dec 2025 and can only be used for online orders. Not a chance am I ever ordering from them online again. It's a real shame it can't be used in store.
Also noticed that Ghanda have deleted every single social media comment from concerned customers simply trying to actually speak to someone from the Ghanda team. Bad form.

Place an order in November and still haven’t received any tracking information and it was for a birthday present that has now come and gone. Seems like a consistent complaint among buyers that delivery time is terrible and yet nothings been done about it. By far worst online shopping service I’ve received and would never order from them again

Pathetic service. Order took 3 weeks to arrive (1 item). Reached out twice to customer service by email & got the “we will get back to you in 1-4 business days message”. However they didn’t get back to me until after the item was delivered.
Items ordered from overseas arrived way quicker. No apology offered.Definitely won’t order online from them ever again. $10 delivery for what?

I ordered on the 27th of November from Germany. To date I didn't get any helpful updates on my order. The only information I got after sending two e-mails was an automatic e-mail that some orders may be delayed. So by now the clothes have not been sent or whatever. I don't even know if I will receive anything before christmas even though I ordered clothes for 380$.

Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. The delivery dispatch times + any delays on your website does is false advertising.
My order was placed on 27/11/25.
It’s currently 10/12/25, 8-9 business days and when I reached out to customer support all that can be advised is that “there are delays, we cannot advise when your order will be dispatched but when it does you’ll get the tracking details.”
This is very poor form of Ghanda.
After reading further reviews here I won’t be surprised if I get an email to say some of the items are no longer in stock.
In the event that does happen and Ghanda has oversold an item, I would be expecting a refund on our card as this shouldn’t be on us.

Ordered clothing for my daughter's school trip. It took 8 days before they even sent the order and then the projected delivery date was a further 9 days. (I have ordered and received multiple orders from other stores in that time.)
As this would mean the clothes would arrive after she left I went into two different stores to see if they could help me (I was prepared to buy the items again in store provided I could refund the online items), the stores won't refund items, only exchange or give store credit.
I tried phoning and the numbet goes to an automated message to email - email says 1-4 days for a reply. 7 days later and the day after my daughter has left they reply, not answering any of my questions! I email back, again asking about return postage costs and get a cut and paste reply, not answering my question and giving info irrelevant to my order (it was about orders purchased in Dec when mine was purchased in November). It would seem there's a $9.95 for returns and since no response about postage costs I'm assuming I also have to pay those too. So essentially delivery/processing times far too long, poor/non-existent help online or in-store and don't bother trying to return anything!

Placed an order on the 19th November for some Christmas gifts for my daughters, nearly 3 weeks later and they still haven’t even been shipped and I am now doubtful I will receive them in time for Christmas. Have emailed multiple times only to receive vague responses and excuses on why there are delays in their warehouse with no actual information on when the items will be shipped. I requested an upgrade to express post to try to ensure a speedier delivery time only to be told this “wasn’t possible once an order has been placed”, despite the massive delay from their end in shipping the items out. I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed, this is the second time I have had a negative experience from the online department with Ghanda. Lesson learned and I won’t be ordered with them again.
Buy in store and avoid online at all costs and save yourself the headache and stress! Not worth it at all

I purchased 3 items and waited 3 weeks for a tracking notification only to be told the items are not in stock. I was given a gift card for the purchase value and hidden in the small print was the information on how to get a refund. Ghanda need to review their online ordering system as selling stock that doesn’t exist is unacceptable!

I have waited over a month for items to be shipped. They hardly write back to emails and if they do it’s a bad excuse as to why they are late. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you’re hoping to get your items in a reasonable time frame. Such a shame as their clothes are cute … they really need to work on their online shop and customer service. Lots of unhappy customers out there.

Horrendous experience with Ghanda. Ordered on the 11/11/25. Half of order was received 3 weeks later after numerous emails and phone calls to follow up. Always the same, they cant contact the warehouse to check on progress...... most emails were not even replied too. I did receive a sorry discount code for 20% but there is already a cyber sale on for same discount. Received email yesterday to say the remaining items are not in stock and was given a credit.... Still available online at time of email and today...... How does that work ??? No time to order before Christmas now. Absolutely ridiculous putting a black Friday sale on if you cant cope.

Terrible service on their online store. I ordered over three weeks ago and have not received shipping information and my account says that my order is still unfulfilled. I’ve written numerous times to their customer service team with no answers. Will never order online from them again!
That said, I’ve always had a great experience shopping in-store.
Update as of 6/12: they’ve finally emailed back after my last email to admit they sold me stock they don’t have and have sent me a gift card for $185. Truly terrible service. Please don’t shop online here!!!!

After nearly 3-4 weeks of my item not being posted I gave up and requested a refund
After contacting the company numerous times they couldn’t even give me an estimation of when they would post my parcel out and didn’t seem to give a care in the world that I ordered in plenty of time for my daughter’s birthday and she’s going to receive nothing now wouldn’t even try and escalate the postage couldn’t even tell me if my items were in stock
worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and i order on line very regularly
highly disappointed i’m a funny thing is after I complained I received it email offering me a 20% online discount, could I order something else from them if I haven’t even received my first order absolute joke

I placed an order 11 November 2025 and waited patiently for 4 weeks for dispatch.
It was only after I reached out to them that I was finally informed the item was out of stock and could not be shipped. Failing to notify a customer of a known stock issue for 4weeks is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for my time.
They just attempted to force me to accept a store voucher instead of the mandatory full cash refund.
As an Australian consumer, this is a clear violation of my rights.
Beware of their stock reliability and poor customer service. Shop elsewhere if you value your time and expect basic communication.
