Not completely convinced…
I left a message on a landline and someone rang me back the same day, diagnosed the problem with my tumble dryer from a video and ordered the replacement part (paid £180 up front) - it went downhill from there - wrong part, delay - right part broken, delay - Samsung offered £150 off new tumble dryer as a sorry - took my extra money £420 so far 3 deliveries planned - 3 failed!!!! Started to get nervous about authenticity of company and asked for my money back! I have had it returned thankfully but they are clearly happier to rid themselves of the problem than fix what has been a 3 week ‘performance’! I still have a broken tumble dryer to get repaired!!!!! They blame Samsung?!
