After promising “ the Ferrari” of sliding doors, GHI felt incredibly short; delivered late and in parts; managed to install the doors in the opposite direction and only after multiple calls the so call service manager Andrew (incompetent and rude) agreed to correct the situation; instead of giving us a new door they banged and damage the existing ones by turning them around and applying multiple layers of sprayed paint to hide the damage.

No discount, and only managed to get the job finished 10 weeks after first installed.

Gary at GHI is the master at excellent customer service and effective and smooth delivery. He's extremely efficient - gets the job done well, on time and always keeps me in the loop. I know ahead of time when the work is scheduled and the invoice will land. This level of care and detail is rare with other providers, in my experience.
