I’ve been taking these lessons for a while and there've been great
I learning things about piano that I didn’t know before and ACTUALLY progressing in piano theory, playing, etc

I’m into my second month of lessons with Travis and as an almost 40year old beginner on the piano I was most apprehensive and didn’t think I would go very far. Little did I know that I would have the privilege of having Travis as my teacher. He’s so patient and never condescending - he’s opened my ears and heart to the beautiful world of music. Now when I watch shows I can hear these melodies and harmonies I never heard before. I look forward to our weekly session and the homework is always appropriately sized. Can’t recommend this music company enough for both the young and old that are curious and brave enough to step into the beautiful world of music

No words can describe the dedication and passion that I have experienced from a teacher who has such a desire to impart knowledge, love and passion for the saxophone and music in general. can highly recommend Global House of Music. As a total beginner wanting to learn soprano saxophone, Eugene paired me up with Monica. Monica is an extremely patient, positive and talented teacher/musician. Monica has worked at my pace and understood my capabilities. She has been very accommodating fitting in lessons if I was unable to make it. Its been over a year since I started and I have had such fun learning to play the music that I love. My lesson is the highlight of my week! Thank you for the music Guys x

Learning to play as an adult one is always skeptical as to whether they will find an instructor that will teach while still maintaining the joy of playing. With Global House of Music learning to read and play music has been terrific. I recommend them to anyone who wants to learn to play. Great service, better teachers.

The best music education institution in South Africa with top-notch teachers.

My children have thrived at Global House of Music. Their music teacher is the type of person you hope that your child can have at least once in their lives. She sees the best in them and they respond by believing the best about themselves. We recently emigrated. The children's music teacher at an international school (who is a concert pianist) has spoken often about their exceptional standards of music training.

My 8 year old grandson has been taking piano lessons for almost a year now. He loves his music teacher, Travis, and looks forward to his weekly lesson with him. Travis is so patient, never shouts, but is fair and firm and makes lessons fun.
My 15 year old grandson is at boarding school in KZN and has met his sax teacher, Monica, once face to face, but has his weekly lessons on line. He has made incredible progress in a very short time. I cannot praise Monica enough. If you're considering using the services of the Global House of Music, you will not be disappointed.

Monica has been teaching our son music since 2015. She taught him guitar initially and now teaches him saxophone and piano. Monica has mastered a number of instruments and is not only brilliant at playing music but also passionate about teaching and her students and her passion translates into her instilling enthusiasm and a love for music in all those who she meets. Our son is now in grade 10 at school and still loves his weekly music lesson with Monica. She is truly one of a kind and we are grateful to have found her!
