GHOSPELL is a london-based fashion brand that explores urban and bohemian elements of a modern lifestyle.

Sadly will not be buying from Ghospell again, after 2 wears and 2 hand washes, a shirt I have has deteriorated with beads falling off it. I contacted customer services who have basically said I was lying about the care I took with the shirt and refuse to even have the product returned to see or issue a refund. If it had of been washed in a machine the damage would have been far greater than it already is. Aside from being completely insulted by the customer services team, I'm just totally disappointed as I expected more from the brand.
