Once ready, we take over full management, covering listing optimisation across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our own direct booking platform, alongside dynamic pricing, guest communication, housekeeping, and ongoing maintenance to ensure high occupancy and performance. Lovely stay at this apartment with the Mrs on our getaway holiday to London. The place was clean and Gavi really made us felt welcome with fast communication aswell and full of information about touristic things to do around town. It’s in an impeccable location aswell, really easy to get to places via the tube and busses. Would stay again when I visit London.
