Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Quality Control

I ordered 100 custom patches from Ghost Patch Custom in early May for a military exercise scheduled for early July. Despite their claim that custom patches take 5–6 weeks to produce, our order took over 12 weeks to arrive—well past the event where the patches were intended to be handed out.

When we tried to check on the order status throughout the process, we received the same vague response about production timelines and no helpful updates. When the patches finally did arrive, they had misspelled the word "Operation"—a clear error.

We double-checked the proof we sent them, and it was correct. Yet instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund or reasonable credit, they insisted we return the patches so they could remake them. This could potentially take another 12+ weeks—long after the event was over and the patches are no longer needed.

Their best offer was a 10% discount on a future order.

I genuinely wanted to support this company because of their mission, but the customer service was unhelpful, slow, and dismissive. We’re now out $450 with nothing to show for it. I would not recommend using this company if you’re on a deadline—or expect quality customer service.
