Excellent product, it was a good choice

I have really enjoyed the MV1, it is perfect for microdosing. The herb doesn't get nasty when you have a couple hits, finishing it up later is no problem. I love that! The crucibles can be a little finicky, occasionally I have trouble getting the lid on them correctly or fitting one into the unit. This could be an issue for physically disabled or those who are more elderly. It's a minor thing for me, not a deal breaker. The good part of the system, is that it remains so clean. Clean up the crucibles and you are done! I love the feel of the unit, it's heavy and fits in your hand nicely. My only quibble is that it tips over too easily and lands hard due to the weight. I think this is an excellent value for the price, it is made well and performs accordingly.

Definitely the best portable vaporizer…

Definitely the best portable vaporizer I’ve purchased. I would and do recommend this brand. My reasons for the 5⭐️ Are as follows
1. True flavor
2. Airflow is free flowing and cool inhaling every time
3. Battery life last me all day since it is a “on-demand” type vaporizer with true convection heating
4. Crucibles hold up to .08g which saves me a lot of money since I’m a medical marijuana patient and in my state the dispensary prices are still pretty steep.
5. It’s ergonomic, feels good in my hand when o hold it
Minor cons are it takes some extra time to clean the crucibles and air path.
Battery charging takes a while (overnight preferably) without the quick charger sold separately.
This is now my daily user vaporizer

Newbie !

I am new to vaping ,so far its good ,I have watch you tube video really helped .I needed that visual to help understand how to use,temps.,etc delivery was 48 hrs ,fast ! I was interested in reducing or eliminate smoking.I am looking forward to showing a friend. Thanks again!

Ghost customer service is second to none

First of all, you cannot beat this company’s customer service. Virgil is awesome and helpful and just all-around a really nice fellow. Secondly, do yourself a favor and get this unit. I own about 15 different devices and this is by far the best one. I would have said the Crafty until I used the Ghost MV1. Ghost rocks. Almost as much is Virgil.

Don't buy this Vape. Here's why.

I'm not a stoner, I run a successful business in the tech sector. This vape has got to be one of the most poorly designed vapes. It relies on an app to really be controlled, but the app was removed by apple from the IOS store so you have to learn how to use a one button vape from incoherent and weak instructions. They don't tell you this when you buy it so you are left to discover it on your own. Plus who wants their weed usage tracked by an app. I sure don't.

Secondly when I asked for a return, Virgil from their Customer Service department, rather than be accomodating, was essentially calling me stupid for not liking their poor design and in his condescending tone stated. "If you are not interested in learning how to use the device or troubleshooting, there is not much more we can do. We can go outside of our normal return policy and will accept your return."

I know this vape gets great reviews, that's why I bought it, but until they improve the user design and experience I would go the the Mighty. And BTW when your customer complains, that's a good thing it's called feedback and you might want to listen to it, so you can improve your product..

Great company. Stand behind customer 100%. Had a problem and they were very quick to remedy. Technologically Superior products. If you have a problem with a product there are FAQs to help you and if that doesn't work contact their help desk. They got the bases covered.

The Bugatti of Vaporizers

This is a luxury experience. It is highly customizable and offers incredibly potent extraction. Yes, there's some maintenance. But considering this is basically the super car of vapes, it's 100% worth it.

If you're on the fence, don't be. Buy one, you won't regret it.
