Awesome vape and bundled purchased during the holiday season. Should have included the battery charger as well in hindsight. Hopefully there is a way to change the custom temperatures without a mobile app.

Could have been 4 to 5 stars if the battery would stay charged longer and if it took less time to charge. Overall the product is fine, on par with others at the same price point. It looses one star because it takes spends more time on the charger than it does being used. There are other products that produce the same quality of vapor that hold a charge much longer and charge up faster. The unfortunate reality is one has to prioritize what should be charged since everything has a battery in it now a days and the portable vaporizer isn't the highest priority for me; so often when I want to use it I'm disappointed because it runs out of charge before the session is over or the session doesn't even get started because it's not charged enough.

I've been using Ghost MV1 since August. The overall build quality is very good, the vapor quality the device is also very high especially since I am using a bubble straw instead of standard stem.

Unfortunately there are serious design flaws:
1. Charging battery takes forever. At this price point a fast charger or an extra battery pack should be included as a standard equipment. I am quite disappointed since I paid a lot more than the vaporizer is now going for. The prices charged for either charger or a battery pack are a rip off especially in Europe. I would much prefer that the Ghost used replaceable 18650 rechargeable cells.
2. The other thing that annoys me is the fact, that the battery discharges while the device is in standby mode. Recently I have not been using the Ghost for about 10 days and the battery has gone completely flat.
3. My last complaint about the performance is that you cannot use the vaporizer while it is being charged. Charging is so slow, that the device would not even turn on after it has been charged for an hour.

Hopefully Ghost Vapes will resolve the design issues in next revision, because otherwise it is pretty impressive device. However for now I will need to either get a backup vaporizer or try to sell the Ghost at a loss and get something more usable.

My device broke within 14 days of purchase. My husband, who the device was for, emailed you about wanting a refund since unusable. No one has contacted us back as of yet.

I love this vape. Easy to use. Great instructional videos. Excellent accessories.
If anything I am just mad at Apple as I can’t get the Ghost app on my phone.

I love my ghost mv1 fill the Crucible to the top loosely and gently tap down. you can Microdose You just need to take long slow draws To comfortably draw the whole 15 seconds to get good vapor remember it’s not a race! I even get vapor on the lowest setting which is 339° As the herb is used I gently! Tamp down to finish using up what’s in the crucible That seems to work good I have the Satin silver it’s a beautiful color! Just love it never had any trouble with This this vape!

I was disappointed to find that I didn't get a grinder or a measuring scoop with the package deal. Besides that, it was a fun gift to give.

Great unit, but was on special a few days after purchase.... Bummer.
Can be tricky to remember all the controls and functions, but once set up it’s all good. After first use I was like ‘meh’ what’s all the fuss.... AND THEN! Wow, really nice hit, smooth, clear experience. I don’t think I’ll ever roll again?!

I have been using medical marijuana for several years now. My preferred method is eating cannibals but sometimes that is not practical. In these cases I vape. I have tried every top tier product from PAX and Gpen on. The Ghost MV1 is by for a superior product, And while it is large it delivers. Coupled with the crusable holder is provides relief all day long. This is a must try product. Also there customer service and support are unmatched. Highly Recommend.

Still figuring it out. So far it works great.

Ghost Vapes sent me a replacement which arrived in less than 48 hours, and I live in Hawaii.

Loving the unit. My only two critics are: charging time!
- the first three temps are really low and I'd like a higher temp than 220 for the 5th setting, maybe 230!

I have not even gotten the Vapes yet but am SO angry! I frantically did research on Vapes on the morning of Dec 19 so that if I decided on the Ghost I could get my order in by THEIR Christmas deadline. My order went in at 8:01 and their deadline was midday Pacific time. These were to be my sons' big presents. I checked the tracking today on Christmas Eve to see what time they would be here and found out they aren't coming until next freaking Monday!! Five days after Christmas! Why have a deadline if it's completely bogus? So then I get on the chat and I get a reply stating their business hours. Ok well it is during business hours and .... Nothing! Terrible first impression of the company.

This is certainly a premium vape, love the on demand ability. It is a bit heavy and bulky but other than that this is my most frequently used vape now. Cant wait to see what ghost will do in the years to come with other models hopefully.
