While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Ghugi is UK-built software that helps small businesses, bookkeepers and accountants send payslips to their employees securely, in minutes, every payday. Most payroll software — Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay or Moneysoft — calculates pay and produces a stack of payslip PDFs, but still leaves you to email each one out by hand. That's slow, and a single payslip sent to the wrong inbox exposes someone's pay, National Insurance number and home address. Ghugi handles that last step. Drag in the batch of PDFs your payroll tool produced. Ghugi automatically matches each payslip to the right employee, then emails them in bulk — every PDF AES-256-encrypted and locked with that employee's date of birth, so even a misdirected email can't be opened by the wrong person. Payslips are sent from your own email address (Google, Microsoft, a custom domain, or SMTP), not a generic vendor address, so they look like they came from you. Every send is recorded in a searchable audit trail with delivery and bounce status — useful evidence for GDPR and HMRC record-keeping. You can customise the email templates and add your own logo. Pricing is a flat monthly fee — £15, £39 or £89 for 25, 100 or 200 employees — never per-employee. There's a 30-day free trial and no card is required. Ghugi is built and hosted in the UK.
