Missing in action
I have been trying since August to get someone from Customer Service to reply to my emails and WhatsApp messages. They will not reply. Seriously, I have never encountered such terrible service. If you are purchasing online from this brand and need to return your purchase, good luck. Chances are, in view of my experience, you will not be able to return it and get a refund. Therefore, either don't purchase online or choose very, very carefully. Enjoy your day everyone.

I purchased the same T-shirt second time, liked it very much. With my black jeans it looks stylish and modern. First time I got it in a shop, The second time I new exactly what I wanted and ordered it online. Delivery time was even shorter than expected. Hand wash is highly recommended.
