Great perfume! Thank you for sending the free samples - that goes a long way. Already found 2 perfumes i would like to order, thanks to the samples.
DHL delivery is great too. Good to be able to do a signature release.

Order never arrived, no customer service
I ordered Bianco Latte from their website. It's been 11 days since it's shipped and no updates ever since. Their customer service is not replying and their WhatsApp line is not working either. I'm very disappointed about this and I don't recommend shopping from their website. If you must, check your local shops or other pages.
Edit: As can be seen from the brand’s reply, they’re not acknowledging the problem and insist on their own narrative. If fast fashion and similar brands can get packages within a week, then they’re expected to get their orders delivered within a reasonable period of time as well. Still no update on the tracking page for the last 20 days, which indicates the package is lost so it can’t be scanned for any updates.
