Well it's taken me a while to write my review, blame it on emptying boxes and sorting out wonderful new garden! Moved in on February 3rd and been a whirlwind since! Fell in love with our home even before seeing it inside and Sally and Brontë from Taunton branch were just the best. Brontë, going above and beyond to make sure we had time to sit in the garden and make our final (right!) decision. Helped us put our house up for sale in order to buy our dream home and kept us going through the process, ups and downs - like any house move. Sally was exceptional on move day and made it all go smoothly. Now a couple of months in and every day I am so glad we made this move, it is everything and more than I hoped it would be. And the garden is already turning into my jungle paradise. Thank you for making this happen, Jane S

I’d used the Wellington branch to sell my Mum’s property and came back to sell my aunt’s flat as they had done such a good job. Although the team had changed the service hadn’t and Callum in particular was first class. At times tricky, the whole team remained positive and professional and the sale completed without a hitch. A big thank you to you all 👏👏

All the staff were extremely helpful with finding our forever home. The communication was exceptional and the whole process was efficient and all our questions were answered within no time. Any issues raised were dealt with in a timely manner and very professionally. Would highly recommend working with this estate agent.

Gibbins Richards Bridgwater team gave excellent service. Paul Maxwell was very patient and supportive throughout the whole sale process. Communication was prompt and helpful. Team members were kept informed at times when main contacts were out of office. Lisa was very skilled at uploading photos onto the website and making changes as requested. At Gibbins Richards in wellington with the recent purchase of our property, Callum and Piers in particular were super personable and helpful, communication was great and would highly recommend!

As a buyer of the property Gibbons Richards had listed I can’t speak for the company. I only dealt really with Callum. Professionally speaking, Callum was exceptional at his job, conscientious, professional and respectful at all times. He’s a real asset to the company and I highly recommend if you are looking in the Wellington area - he’s the guy to speak to. He helped find our dream house and expedited our transaction with excellent communication between us and the sellers.

I have used Gibbons Richards before and was very happy to use them again. The staff were very helpful and responsive ( probably the only negative was their automatic texting didn't always work).
I wasn't sure about their new policy of having someone different to support you once an offer had been accepted but actually it works well.
I would definitely use them again

Never have I written a review before but this lot conned us, read the reviews it is all the same. Ignore the ones. These people need closing down. Who do they think they are?? Steer well clear.

The Wellington office have been superb from start to finish. We have just completed on the sale of our property and the service that Callum and Piers gave throughout the process was fantastic.

There communication was clear and re assuring at every stage and nothing felt like too much trouble. There knowledge and professionalism made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth in time for Christmas in our new Home.

From start to finish, we enjoyed an exemplary and attentive service from Nick and the team in the Taunton office. Nick, Michelle, Beth, Sally, Jennifer, Bronte, Gemma, Patrick and Rufus all played a part in delivering a professional and incredibly speedy service. They sent our property live on 9th October and we handed over keys on 19th December, just 10 weeks and that's also dealing with international sellers, causing a minimum 24hrs turn around in all communications! An absolutely outstanding service! Thanks to you all and I hope I didn't miss anyone out of my roll call?

If I could rate this less I would. My review is specifically based on WELLINGTON Gibbons Richard’s. Easily the worst company I’ve ever encountered. My house is off market now, because of this company. I feel it’s important to share my experience with Gibbons Richards, as I’ve been left extremely disappointed with the level of service received.

Despite communicating/working with a professional estate agent, the company frequently failed to provide adequate staffing — to the point where I was contacted on the morning of viewings and asked to show potential buyers around the property myself.

On the occasions when representatives did attend, they arrived wearing Stone Island clothing, which I do not consider appropriate or professional attire for client-facing work. Additionally, I repeatedly found doors left unlocked and lights left on after their visits, an issue I raised multiple times with no improvement.

Now, to add insult to injury, I am being threatened with court action over a fee, despite the clear lack of professionalism and service I experienced.

They are now holding our key to our house, until we have paid an invoice we have never received. They are unable to prove we ever received this invoice. The stress this company have put us under in the past 12 months is horrendous and put me off ever selling our house.

Poor from the start. Spelling mistakes on our house listing. Didn’t have the staff to fulfil house viewings so requested we take our own viewing. Unprofessional clothing choices by staff when they did attend house viewings.
