I ordered a game console from this company in late July but so far it has not been delivered. No reply from three emails either so like everyone else I can only assume that GIFIA is a fraud.
Appears that all the reviews below are correct and that the site is a scam.
My son started his 1st job in July and ordered a PS5 on 27th July.
Now 2 days shy of September and nothing has arrived and no communication from 2 emails sent.

They have not answered any questions about the tracking details not working and an investigation is under way with my credit card company
Finally update on this company it is 100% a scam the item I ordered was sent to Germany and when I contacted the shipping company they confirmed the tracking number provided did not match the address it was meant to come to. Not to worry as with the correct evidence of this fraud of a company I got my refund via my means of payment just be aware unfortunately I’d rather give 0 stars as this place’s doesn’t deserve even 1 and has been reported to the fraud court of inquiries
SCAM ALERT: Ordered PS5 gaming console a month ago. waited the 9-15 working days shipping time. Nothing arrived. Emailed the customer service, had 1x email back to say they would investigate, but if there is a problem it would be between me and the shipping company to resolve..... Nothing heard since despite emails following up (can't phone, as no number provided!!). Used the shipping tracking code on order confirmation to try see where goods are. Says package delivered and signed for 2+ weeks earlier, to unspecified address. Nothing ever received despite correct address supplied when placing order. BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT.

Found out delivery is coming from china and not to my address but in Ireland.
Support is very slow , replying to you once a day .
Check their address and phone number, doesnt exists.

Bought xbox x on gifia.co.uk, sent parcel to different country even though my address was correct. Tried to email them multiple times and was not helpful at all, ignored my emails, only sends 1 email to you per day, then you've got to hassle them the next day for answers, Avoid at all costs. Very poor first experience. Also there phone number isn't real on Facebook nor is there address.
