Disappointed
Order came when said wrapped in just a plastic sealed bag..inside 2 of the items were squashed. they .both were boxes of jellies.. the jellies were OK but the boxes weren't.. as these were gift I did not have time to mess about returning them for more of the same..

Total waste of money
The drone literally flew away the moment we started it. No commands on the control panel worked. Cannot find it as went into a huge neighbouring field. Have no correspondence about it from anyone.

This was such a lovely set and my nephew loves them all. I found it so hard to get this set online and was so delighted to be able to get them all from this site and they are great quality. Especially when some of the individual teddys are being sold second hand on other sites for the same price as this full set. Had a slight damage to my item
Had a slight damage to my item, contacted them and sent a description and a photo of the damage. Didn’t hear anything for a while then was told they was waiting for a response from the manufacturer, then just received a part refund, I would have liked the decision but wasn’t contacted. Why only a part refund??

Delayed delivery with no information sent. When I chased it up there was no apology. Just offhand. Product arrived very poorly packaged and packaging damaged but luckily inside its box it had survived.
