Checking out was easy but that is where…
Checking out was easy but that is where the good experience ended. No further communication that order was ready (not in spam or junk). We had to call and check. Walked in said I was there to collect a click and collect. She said a name which was ours. No ID or proof needed we could have been anyone and agreed with the name she said. Walk out the store amd notice there's a massive cut down the side of the box. Fingers crossed the product is ok. Also doesn't look good handing over a gift to the birthday girl with a massively damaged box. Definitely won't be using Ingle Farm Gift box again for a click and collect.

We're deeply sorry for your experience with our Ingle Farm store. We will raise this with the store as a damaged box should not be handed over to a customer as these can be gifts.
