I ordered a 5 pack of socks from your…
I ordered a 5 pack of socks from your Queanbeyan store late at night and I received a call from Michelle the next morning explaining that the pack that I ordered was unavailable and she was lovely enough to offer me a similar 5 pack of socks or a full refund, I arranged for a work colleague to pick the order up the same day that I spoke with Michelle, I can't recommend Michelle highly enough for her excellent customer service.

Amazing service from start to finish, I love the convenience of ordering my items online and choosing the Click and Collect option, I’ve used this service a few times with GiftBox and each time my order’s were ready for collection within the hour, also each time I’ve gone into my local store to collect my items the staff have been fantastic, they are happy to see you, happy to have a quick chat with you and nothing is ever a problem for them.
The quality of the products is also fantastic, and there is always a lot to choose from, I highly recommend GiftBox 😊
