The original product didn't work. After contacting them, I had a replacement product within 3 business days. No problem, excellent communication.

The speaker i bought doesn't work like they said it would. And the medium size dog collar doesn't fit my small dog. I had no notification of when the products were coming until the day they came. People in store couldn't help with anything related including how to return the products
