Very Slow Refunds
I have been doing business with Gift Card Rescue for a couple of years. I have had no problems with my purchases - I would rate them very good in this category. I recently asked for a refund / credit to my account on a $150 Lowes gift card I purchased. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print and wound up with an electronic card I could only use on-line. I also made the mistake over the Holidays of waiting more than 2 days to ask for the refund. I wound up sending multiple emails because Gift Card Rescue was not responding within their stated timeframe. I received conflicting replies as to what I should do and what they were willing to do. I filled out a refund request form and was told their supervisor wouldn't review it for 15 days. Sure enough on the 16th day I received a ful credit to my account.
So the bottom line is double check what kind of card you are gong to get (i.e. plastic or electronic) before you make a purchase and also read the fine print about returns to avoid a bunch of hassle.

Thieves!
Completely dishonest! I mailed my gift cards which arrived early January 2016. It has been over a month and I still have not received a check. They do not answer their phones, and they do not reply to emails within 48 hours as they claim. They told me that it will take up to 3 weeks, after validation of the cards have been confirmed, to receive a check. If I don't receive it, that they will reissue. This is simply a scam! Don't sell to them!!!!

E-Cards
Good deals but when it comes to e-cards, they should arrive that day, since they don't have to be mailed via USPS. Other similar companies have them sent within minutes of ordering an e-card!

Did not receive my check - DO NOT SELL TO THEM
They received my card on January 4 and I have yet to receive my check. having to wait 3 weeks to ask for a reissue I have still not received my check. I live super close and know that it takes 2 days by USPS so the only excuse is they have no intentions of sending me a check. I took something back to William Sonoma that I bought on line and received a gift card within days and they are not even in this state. DO NOT USE THEM.

I purchased 4 gift cards and only received 3 in the mail. I was told I would receive a credit for the other one. A month later I tried to contact the company via phone and e-mail with no response. My credit card finally gave me the credit. I will never do business with giftcard rescue again.

Hesitant at First

Horrible experience
I am not one to write bad reviews but Gift card rescue left me with no other choice. I ordered a gift card for over $115 on Nov 13, 2015 and did not receive the card. I called and called, but could not get through. Once I finally spoke with someone, they told me the card was already sold to someone else. I requested a refund and I am still waiting for that refund today (Jan 12), two months after the original purchase!

Rude and Unacceptable Experice
Called customer support twice to follow up on a couple orders that hadn't been delivered. A guy who claimed he was Benjamin (not sure it's his real name) gave me the tracking number and said that was all he could do. As I was trying to understand the process of where my card was, he became curt, told me loudly and clearly he couldn't help me, and it was clear he had nothing more to say. After some research on my end, I called back and explained I had a few more questions and when he realized he had spoken to me earlier, he hung up on me as I was talking. Looks like Kwame Kuadey doesn't want my business because even though the cards were ultimately delivered, rude conduct like that is unacceptable so I will use GiftCardBin, Cardpool, GiftCardZen, GiftCards, CardCash and others that have thus far provided good customer service. Not worth the extra buck discount I might get from these guys, so I will not use them again.

Indecent and inappropriate GiftCardRescue LLC marketing emails sent containing pictures of very indecently dressed women (not much was left to the imagination). I would not recommend you do business with these people. The pictures send by GiftCardRescue LLC marketing emails in general were very offensive to me. Very bad taste was used in their decision to send out these awful pictures.

2nd bad experience. Never again
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I purchased gift cards that were not usable. I selected the gift card credit option instead of refund due to my first bad experience(a double charge on my debit card that took 2 months to get back.) I have submitted the request. I was told to mail them back 2 months ago. I still have not received a credit to purchase another gift card in its place. I have emailed repeatedly, but no one ever responds.

Do NOT recommend selling to them - Over 3 weeks, and nothing!
I placed an order to sell 3 gift cards on 1-18-16. Mailed them with tracking the NEXT day. Emailed more than once, telephoned and left messages. No phone calls were returned. I was sent a somewhat rude email telling me about what is basically an excessive amount of time to receive/process. Mysteriously, my order is found and logged as received that same day, being 1-30-16. Mind you, via the United States Postal Service, I know exactly when they were delivered, being about a week before that. I finally see that the check has been scheduled for 2-3-16. My cards sent to them took a few days only. This is with the United States Post Office, the same way they advertise to ship checks. But somehow, even though my mailing to them takes a few days only, it is 7 solid days later, and I've got nothing back. I'm into this 23 (TWENTY THREE) days and not a cent. What in the world is that! This is honestly one of the worst experiences ever. If you want to buy my cards, then do just that - there is no reason to dangle me out there without keeping up your end. I've requested tracking on the check to me - certainly it's been cut to meet their advertised deadline for my receipt. NO buying/selling process takes 23 + days. You aren't wanting my repeat business, are you.........? If I could get them to you in days, wouldn't it stand to reason it would be the same in reverse?
Update, 2-16-16, per reply received from company. This is BS. I sent my cards to you via USPS First Class mail, and I purchased tracking. From my door to your, 3 DAYS. NOT 3 WEEKS. I've asked for days for tracking information and I'm being blown off. No email is being replied to. I could walk from Indiana to your company to pick up the check in less than 3 weeks. The Pony Express would take less than 3 weeks. Please send tracking information immediately. Really, really did you sincerely find that to be an acceptable response?!? ugh
Update, 2-19-16. I have just logged an IC3 complaint. This is a clear case of THEFT. They've stolen from me and although I've sent FOUR emails begging for ANY tracking information on this mystery check, which still has yet to arrive, they are ignoring all contact. Maybe they can explain it to the federal government. The object was not that I sent these in as a gift. They advertised to purchase them. HELLOOOOOOO I sent them, they verified the values, they indicated to have processed payment 2-3... but where is it? A magical invisible check? Outrageous
Update 2/24/16: Still nothing. Note how there was a reply from the company, then they disappeared again. I was promised via email that my (excessive) 3 week wait would result in a check TODAY. Is anybody surprised that it hasn't happened? HELLOOOOO Does it look like I'm going to go away? How about a shred of honesty and cut the check you owe me???

not worth the wait
Transacted to sell 3 GCs on 12/14. Cards mailed and delivered within 3 business days. Inquired several times about status, but was told to wait another week more than once because it's been very busy. Finally threatened to have cards cancelled and reissued, Weirdly, my order was magically was found and processed the next morning.
Fast forward to 1/21 when I get notification that my check has been paid. On 2/6 I inquired about the status of payment and on 2/8 I received a response: "It normally takes 10-14 business days for a check to arrive. However it can take up to 3 weeks for our customers to receive payment in extreme cases." Are these checks delivered by the pony express? Even if so, they were not that slow! Using your customers for free float is not good business practice.
As of today (2/10), I still have not received payment. From reading other reviews, I know I still have several more hurdles to jump with these guys.
With so many other options, I can't recommend this place to try and save/sell for an extra 0.5% IF that. I won't be back.
