It didn’t arrive! Once I contacted the company it was put right very quickly but if I hadn’t asked the recipient if she’d received it we wouldn’t have known.

CHEATS

These people are scammers

Be very careful. Do not ever use this company they are scammers at worst and at best allow scammers to use their service and offer absolutely no help if you want to get your money back when you have been duped. Based on their email reply to my complaint they know full well it is happening. I put it to them to be an honest business and resolve this problem and give me my money back after I was targeted by these scammers via my Amazon account.

Do Not Buy!

Have had an absolute nightmare with this company. I received a Home and Garden card for Christmas and redeemed it on their website for a B&M e-card. I have tried to redeem the card at two separate B&M stores now and both times have been told that the card number is invalid. Gift cards say it is B&M’s issue and B&M say as it wasn’t purchased from them they don’t have access to the system and so they can’t help either. Have sent a final email to gift cards this morning but what an absolute scam. I bet most people would just leave it and lose the money, they must be making a fortune out of this!!! My recommendation is this - DONT BUY! stick the £25 cash in a card instead, it’s not worth the hassle.

I’m unable to reply directly to the response from Janice below but yes, I am using the newly issued card and I have sent a final email to Cindy to request escalation to a manager. That was on 6th June - still no response from them! Shocking!😮
