Wait is too long.

I bought a gift card & when i went to use it the balance had been depleted. After a month of trying to get refunded i was finally told my refund would show in 24 hours. Well, a portion of the remaining portion was refunded. So, I'm still owed $.

This was the first time I've used the site. I bought 2 e-gift cards. One had money on it the other had ZERO. Not a great first impression, but they did take care of it the next day. So that was a plus.

For the 2nd time I have purchased a gift card that I was not able to use.

I would definitely recommend this company. I have had an issue in the past where I received a gift card with a zero balance and there costumer service was exceptional my money was refunded within less than 24 hours.

I have been buying discounted cards for 6 years now.... and have had more than my share of trouble with 1 company, Gift Card Spread! Their cards almost always come in with the wrong balance in them, and their customer service sucks to boot! I will never buy from them again, and I buy 1000's of dollars a year worth of cards! They are not worth the trouble!

Very disappointed. Ordered a card to use the next day and turned out it didn't work. Was embarrassing in the store and when I called I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally someone answered and said they would "look into it." A little while later I received notice I would get a refund. Wasted a lot of time and was very aggravating.

I was quite happy with the service received from Gift Card Spread. It took about an hour to get the e-gift card after ordering, but I had no trouble tendering it.

I understand verification by phone text or call but I don't like it.

Also the percentages off are sometime inaccurate.

It's ok. I still like it and will continue buying from GC spread.

First time purchaser. Bought two gift cards. Both were rejected when I tried to use them. I didn't have any trouble contacting Gift Card Spread's customer service and speaking with a real person. I phoned the number provided by giftcardgranny.com. A case for both cards was created and I was told that I would have resolution within 72 hours. My VISA (method of payment for the cards) held a refund within 24 hours. I was never told why the gift cards were unusable.

Purchased the gift card and had a gift card printout in my hand with 10 minutes. Couldn't be easier.

Bought fogo de chao gift cards which they at the restaurant said were invalid and refused to honor. Facebook messenger wasn't helpful but via email they did state they will refund and they did about a week out after the first email

Kudos for the refund but the fact it wasn't honored and the restaurant said they may be fraud is a problem.

Worst customer service ! Received gift card with $0 balance and no respond back from company !Very disappointed!

No problems with transaction. Good company.

The gift card was redeemed by someone after I purchased.
It was hard to prove that it was not redeemed by me and get the refund.
