Order received incorrectly. Was offered a replacement product which was also received incorrectly.

Be careful before you order from the company as their customer service is terrible and their products are even worse!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! They are complete con artists!! I ordered 2 items which when they eventually arrived were nothing like the advertised picture! I emailed them countless times for a refund and was completely ignored!! A complete waste of £30!! I'm disgusted!!

Don't be scammed by this company. Recieved my item. Postage took a long time but wouldnt of minded should it of looked like what I ordered. It looks absolutely nothing like the image they put on. Its a cheap bit of plastic. If they posted the actual item they wouldn't sell it. Shocking! Lesson learn't

Ordered personalised man leather washbag as a gift, on 2nd November. To date not received. Says despatched 10th November. No response to emails. Certainly will not use them again.

I ordered personalised gifts for my parents for Christmas on the 25th of November 25 & had to get in touch on the 15th of December as I still have not recieved them yet I paid £49.21p for them & now its saying they have been delivered yet I have not recieved the items!! I have messaged like 5 times now & still have not had a reply to my email as that is the only way to contact them as i want a full refund I am so annoyed & upset at the fact they feel they can do this to people!! I will NEVER use this company again!!

Ordered personalised Xmas Ornament & the quality was shocking to say the least.
It’s a plastic disc & you can’t even tell what it is. It’s going straight in the bin.
Worst thing I’ve ever bought. What a waste of nearly 20 pounds.

I received this very poor quality and disappointing glass. Twice I have emailed to ask for a refund but have still had no acknowledgement from them.

I'm not quite sure why they have had such bad reviews. I ordered a picture of one of our dogs set in a crystal ball which sits on top of a light. It arrived today and it's beautiful. I really can't complain. It does not look cheap and it is glass, not plastic.

I waited one month for price of trash to arrive in the post. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I bought. Absolutely nothing like the picture. a small piece of plastic with a name stuck on it.
I feel such a fool that I fell for this Facebook add.
Facebook should be vetting what is for sale on its platform.😡😡

Disgusting customer service. Product was substandard when it arrived. I sent pictures to which they responded there was nothing wrong with it. Every email I've sent since has been ignored

Avoid, send tracking number but never get any information on it.
Got refund through PayPal.

This should actually be zero stars. Take your money tell you item on way. Never arrives. You contact them & they say can take up to 15 days to dispatch that’s after tell you already dispatched. No item sent. Total rip off
