Gifthealth Pharmacy is so HORRIBLE!

Gifthealth Pharmacy is so HORRIBLE!! Don't ever use Gifthealth Pharmacy. I simply asked them to email my prescription payments via email. And I had to wait for a supervisor. A supervisor wouldn't talk to me. It was something that their IT person could have taken care of. SO MANY OTHER pharmacies to do business with!! NEVER WITH GIFTHEALTH!! BOYCOTT GIFTHEALTH! AWFUL PHARMACY

Find Another Option

I received my meds a day late and they were not refrigerated. The box was warm; the ice packs were melted and hot to the touch, and the box with the meds was also hot. The robot told me that was too bad, no refunds, no returns, you're sol. Do yourself a favor and pick up your meds or find another option.

Ordering my prep kit

The smart phone app did not work as well as the regular online app. Once there, my operator was able to work with me and get my prep kit ordered successfully.

Been waiting 3 wks for “processing”…

Been waiting 3 wks for “processing” back and forth with prescriber for “more instructions.” Waiting for some elusive link to order…. I’m done with them. Gonna give Ro try. Ridiculous.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. What a worthless institution. They screwed up EVERYTHING.
Trust me….. go someplace else. Get your Glp1 from ANYONE other than Lilly. The absolute worst company I have ever delt with. Terrible customer service. All they do is lie. Don’t trust your prescription to liars.

Very little concern for sticking to…

Very little concern for sticking to their statements and promises. When you're paying several $$$ a month you think it may include some customer service. Had to postpone medicine because refrigerated medicine didn't arrive on time and waiting for Gifthealth to do a temperature evaluation of product by phone. They said completed within 24 hr., past that and still nothing but elevator music when try to rectify.
UPDATE: finally have resolution, Gifthealth was unable able to complete their "temperature assessment " timely and after an hour and 29 minutes on hold my order will be recent, phone confirmation from Gifthealth given but they promised another explanation and confirmation call today or tomorrow morning .
Fingers crossed, $400+ monthly medication expense when works.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Had 3 star yesterday, the supervisor that had helped me never followed through, had promised update but none done no effort to follow through and another hour on hold today to be told the exact same line by a different supervisor and having to explain this disaster a 3rd time. If Gifthealth is owned by Lilly then Lilly doesn't care and if not owned by Lilly it should be cut loose and replaced with a company that cares.

Sending empty vials of zepbound

A year ago they sent me a month’s supply of zepbound syringes and vials and the vials were empty. They said I could not return them; I took a photo but it had to be sent by text. I don’t text. The only way to get my money back was to get a refund from Visa. I could not send a photo by email. It did not work. I will never do business with them again.

Gifthealth constantly makes mistakes

Gifthealth constantly makes mistakes. Last month they sent my expensive medication to a random address, in a completely different state. They take extended periods of time to get medication out to patients. A few months ago during the summer time they sent my medication out which needs to be refrigerated and it was almost to my door but since it just hit 55 hours they canceled the delivery gift. Health told me I needed a whole new prescription to get my medication even though it's the same prescription that needed to be sent out. Making my prescription about 12 days late. So frustrating
