Went to my local supermarket Tesco in western avenue Cardiff to get iced latte but it taste like shxx and no where near to the taste of coffee at all I am afraid. Bad performance and staffs needs more trainings on how to make a perfect coffee

Visiting Costa in pool Cornwall . Dirty table and floors while very quiet and furniture that’s you don’t want to sit on, see pictures.
Unkept and and unpleasant this dirty branch expect you to sit in chairs that are falling apart and floors fill with waste matter. Never again

I visited the St James Retail Park Newcastle store yesterday on foot about 11am with my dog. I couldn't enter the store with my dog so walked around to the drive through to see if I could use the intercom for my order.

A wonderful friendly and helpful member of the team saw this and came out of the rear door to see if she could help.

I explained the situation and she said, if you go and sit on the tables outside the entrance, she would bring my drink and a Pupaccino for the boy. 5 minutes later she came out with the drinks gave them to me and said have a moments happiness on me explaining that I didnt need to pay.

It was one of those rare life moments when someone makes a gesture of kindness you just dont expect. It absolutely made my day. I'm just so sorry I didnt catch the colleagues name as I would like to thank her properly.

I love Costa coffee but that was such an exceptional and unexpected act of kindness. Thank you for making my day x

The young lady who has just served us in the Woodseats store in Sheffield was very polite and extremely helpful, sorting my phone so I had wi - fi for the app,, carried, as we had our excellent coffee she continued to give helpful excellent service, our drinks were delivered very promptly. THE young lady's name was Rainee.

Bad attitudes and angry narcissistic witchy DeceptaCon staff.
I ordered a double macchiato and wanted a takeout but didn't say this until she started pouring into a sit in cup. She seemed a bit annoyed at this late request. When I got the take out drink the lid was not on properly and I had hands full so ended of dropping the drink all over the floor and a chair because I tried to grab the drink that was hot from the lid which resulted in a lost drink. The other girl cleaning up advised to get the girl to pour you another drink. When I did she seemed annoyed and visibly showing signs of disdain and anger. Had to argue with her to get another drink. Very weird and uncalled for attitude. When I got the drink I was surprised at how quickly she had prepared it and when I tasted it as I was walking away from the counter it tasted watery and weak.
When I turned around I caught her staring at me intently and she quickly looked away when I caught her eye. When I approached and told her the drink was not right she became angry and argumentative. Saying I’ve already made you two drinks I’m not making another one. So I had to say I’m not drinking that it doesn’t taste the same you tried to rip me off. She refused to serve me another drink and gave me a refund with attitude. The second drink also had a kink in the top rim of the cup and again the lid was not on securely. I think this was her being a passive aggressive loser and also to let me know that she did that deliberately on the first occasion. The other server tried to make some lame accuse for her friend and also tried to blame me for lying about my accusations which painted her in a similar light. I left went to another shop then came back 30 minutes later to get a coffee and was served by the other girl who I said all this to. I also told her that I thought that she was sexist and racist (in other words a narcissist). She said I’m sorry you feel that way but she was lying and was also angry at being called out on their creepy weird activities.

This is classic, a classic example of the weaponised incompetence of fear based cluster B personalities. Angry and insecure at their own lack and feel entitled to bring down and project all their self-loathing onto those high frequency humans that carry gods light. Their vessels are empty and are filled with legion.

If there is anyone that after reading this thinks that my assessment about the character of this girl is not one hundred percent accurate. I should let you all know that I am an empath a Heyoka empath. Or in other words a human lie detector, a human mirror and one of the chosen ones. Which means I’m also a human evil detector. My energy severely aggravates the demons that these people all carry. This is just one of numerous unprovoked incidents involving demonically influenced narcissistic creeps, they are everywhere in all professions. They cannot control their demons in the presence of high frequency high vibration humans they are desperate to steal your peace and your joy. All of those that choose to play with gods finest have cursed themselves, their families and the people around them.

Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy- rudest staff ever! I said I didn’t like them asking if I wanted to buy more when I’d already ordered a coffee and muffin. I was told not to,”Take that attitude” or they wouldn’t serve me! That won’t be a problem because I won’t ever be buy from them again!!!

I placed an order via Just Eat with the Chingford, Old Church Road branch. Part of my order was a strawberry coconut matcha. When ordering I was given a choice of milk type and chose oat milk. I then received a rude note on my delivery circling the words ‘coconut’ and ‘oat’ and saying that I need to be specific. I was specific. I chose from the available options and do not expect to receive rude notes with my orders. I have complained to customer service.

£15.46 for one coffee

Ordered two coffees through uber. One arrived.

They must struggle past one.

What a load off rubbish

Melanie the manager ignores her customers, has no customer service skills and is so rude. Considering the shop is attached to a hospital compassion and consideration is greatly lacking. Other customers were shocked at her attitude. Plus there was NOWHERE to sit. Every spare table was cluttered with dirty debris

Buxton Costa Coffee this morning was brilliant! While competitors Nero were only serving tea as their coffee machine was being cleaned and Coffee No1 was packed, I ventured further down the High Street to Costa Coffee.

We were greeted in the friendliest of ways by two baristers, the coffees were freshly made and we were offered extra milk/ shots!

The tables were cleared and there was plenty of seating space - these guys couldn’t do enough

It seems after reading so many CC reviews not all are the same or some people are quick to write negative reviews - Buxton team you were amazing this morning, keep up the great work 🫶

We visited the Yeovil store on Lysander Road today. On arriving at the counter, I waited for four minutes whilst the staff moved about behind the counter. Eventually, I was acknowledged and an order taken. Despite large video displays advertising their Spanish Latte, on ordering I was informed these were not available, if so, why advertise? An order of two latte’s and two cheese and ham toasties was made. The two lattes came quite quickly, however I object to being called “mate” by the young barista. The toasties to a further five minutes to arrive. Due to the dishwasher being broken, the toasties and coffees were presented in takeaway containers. Finally, the female manager had her long hair not tied back, which is contrary to food hygiene regulations. All told a poor level of retail experience and adherence to food safety regulations.

I visited the Newport road costa today mon 2nd Feb … to meet with a friend .. always been a Starbucks fan personally … until today … the best flat white extr hot extra shot thank you India I will be back … also the place was really clean and a nice buzz 🩷

The one star is no reflection on the poor barista who was serving but on the management as a whole at this branch. Walked in late morning to find long que and only one Barista was serving who, I later found when I finally got served, was 'in training'. Took ages to get served as they were having to serve and make drinks for each customer. On top of this they have had to heat items, clear tables etc., at no point did I see another batista to help. Have been here 30 mins have only seen the one Barista serving EVERYONE!! Come on Costa this is a huge responsibility for someone in training.

Folkestone store used to be spotless with friendly staff,making good drinks and quite a relaxing atmosphere, now its hit and miss, I see staff wiping there nose on there hand and not washing them afterwards,drinks can be cold (i did get a hot one when I raised it), the music at times is to loud and dogs barking inside is a nightmare as really echos and takes away that relaxing feel. Loos are a nightmare and i have seen staff pet dogs and not wash hands. Standards have dropped unfortunately and I used to use frequently as great coffee. I used to buy the caramel frappe but now the sprinkles have gone its not worth the money.

Very poor drink attitude by staff when asked to try again I ordered an double shot ice frappe not a coffee with ice cubes (ice coffee) even on the redo it was an iced latte not what I ordered at all staff abrupt so went to a different store and got my drink correct 1st time.
Costa stop sending my food offers if you can’t get your own coffee right I’m not going to trust your food

I got a takeaway Mango Passionfruit cooler and when I returned home and tried to drink it. I'd basically been given a cup of ice cubes. What a waste of time and money. Costa use to be all about quality but now I'm not convinced.

I love the atmosphere of this place! Staff are lovely, drinks made with love however the prices are disgusting, 4 stars overall

I work local to Costa. In The Drogheda retail park. So I buy regularly. It was Xmas Eve around midday. I ordered two hot chocolates and a chicken sandwich. I was a quarter through my sandwich when I realised I had a very sharp bone in my mouth. From the sandwich. If I had consumed it I wouldn’t be writing this now. I brought it to the Girl who I assume was the manager on duty. She Asked me to put the bone in a napkin she was holding out to me. No apology nothing. No doubt it will be givin back to there supplier looking for some remuneration from them. Is this how they deal with a possible lawsuit. Thankfully I found it in time. No impressed, I don’t give reviews normally, but as I work in retail. I was less then impressed with the way I was treated.

I went to Thame Costa we ordered a hot chocolate received Luke warm one. It was in the largest heaviest mug going and we are both pensioners .
The girl at the counter said she would let us know when ready she forgot to busy. And our hot chocolate went to the other side of room. I asked her where it was Intruding on a customer. She said she would go get it. So our hot chocolate had sat at the other side of room. Getting even colder. It was £5 45
The staff where nice but didn’t have any time to interact they were to busy.
I asked where the sugar was and it was at the other end of shop. I had to fight my way through to get it.
I think should have two stations . Should also have two set places for collecting the order. As if your sat in one area. You certainly can’t hear anything. Especially if you’re hard at hearing . The staff were rushed off there feet. But the lay out of the shop. Was complicated .
