So so bad there stole my money after pay voucher not receive my gift card this website scam stole money

Website and purchasing process was easy, but then my voucher never arrived and chasing it down was near impossible (no luck on two separate email addresses, over about 4 weeks!). In the end I sat on their live chat and sent a message every 30 minutes until they finally got back to me 6 hours later. Haven't redeemed the voucher yet, hopefully it's not such a nightmare.

First attempted phone call to enquire about date availability - No contact as no answer after 10 minutes.
Second phone call went unanswered after 15 minutes until line dropped out.
Current on 3rd phone call and picked up after 6 minutes.

Was getting worried

I’m writing this review late 2019 and I’ve had to ring costumer service twice to discuss my vouchers both times things were organised for me quickly with kindness. My vouchers were purchased before the 3 year validity came in but because of the change of rules from 12 months to 3 years they extended mine for 2 more years without drama. Honestly can’t complain at all about costumer service over phone! My 38 year old partner went on the MCG sports tour and he was smiling and talking about it for a week afterwards so I definatly give that experience 5 stars also if you have a sports lover in the family!

NO FLEXIBILITY, unhelpful team. I wouldn't recommend their service at all.
I was looking at purchasing an experience as a gift online, and decided to use my corporate benefits schemes in order to purchase a voucher.
I tried entering the coupon code and was encountering an error. Affter speaking to the customer service team I was advised that I am unable to use this method to purchase a gift experience online, that it has to be used to purchase an actual ticket on a selected date.
No options for a refund on the voucher that I purchased, i was asked to refer to the terms and conditions and that was that.
Will never recommend or use this service again

Don’t bother. Absolute waste of time. They don’t reply to any emails or social media, and when you call to discuss, they aren’t even remotely helpful - just lie about how regularly their accounts are manned.
