My order was cancelled with no explanation. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for someone to respond! With no other choice to get in touch also I didn’t realize it takes several days for recipient to receive the gift once activated. How is this convenient? I also have to wait up to 5 days for a refund!! I was skeptical about this company but I trusted reviews. These must all be employees. Never using them again and will NOT be recommending
