SCAM?

⚠️ Very disappointing experience with Giftnovo €360 withdrawal still pending. Did I get SCAMMED?

I traded a €399 gift card through Giftnovo after an admin made me an offer on the platform. We agreed that I would receive **€360** for the €399 gift card.

I provided the gift card, it was accepted, and €360 was credited to my Giftnovo wallet.

I then requested a withdrawal of the €360, but the withdrawal has remained pending . I have contacted Giftnovo by email several times but have received no response or explanation regarding why my withdrawal has not been processed.

At this point, I have handed over a €399 gift card, the agreed €360 value was credited to my account, but I still have not received the €360 withdrawal.

I am extremely concerned about the lack of communication and the fact that my withdrawal remains pending.

I am sharing my experience so other users can exercise caution. I hope Giftnovo resolves this issue and releases my €360.

Giftnovo, please process the withdrawal or clearly explain why my €360 remains pending.

Scam, i buy visa card 50e and never receive it by mail.Contacted the support still no answer in 2 week.
