It’s great when you get your tickets, so easy to use! However when you purchase tickets and they don’t show up in your account their customer service is terrible. There’s no number to call. You have to email and it says 5-7 business days which ends up being 3 weeks and then they tell you your tickets are in your account….no, they aren’t!!! So frustrated and disappointed

bought gift card on dec 25 and cant redeem says to call number so i have been calling everyday but no luck and now says phone support is unavailable i have also emailed on the 26 and have not heard anything. at this point just want my money back

Very poor operation. Bought 2 tickets for a gift (Oz at the Sphere) and they provided 2 gift vouchers that COULD NOT be combined! Expected clients to not sit together! Really!! After several attempts to get fixed with no phone and very delayed email support advised its a 5 day turn around to try to get this done. What a mess. NEVER use this ticket reseller or whatever it is.

I had an easy time navigating the website and purchasing my voucher, but I was having difficulties trying to schedule a date for my cooking class. In order to get more on this I contacted customer support and Justin helped by resending me the Giftory voucher and got the situation all straightened out.

I have purchased SEVERAL OF THE AMC MOVIE PASSES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO USE THEM THE EMPLOYEE AT THE THEATER SAYS ITS BEEN USED. Extremely dissapointed in the process of trying to redeem. Received a giftory certificate as a Christmas gift and used it for a spa finder giftcard. Got an email immediately with spafinder card info. Booked an appointment with elements spa for a few days later. Upon arriving for our couples massage at elements spa I showed her the email. She said there was one more step to get to the actual giftcard. I had to accept the giftcard and it would give her the card number instead of reference number. When I clicked to accept it, we got a notification that giftcard would be delivered to my email in 3-5 days. Everything else in email is sent automatically...why would it take 3-5 days? We were already there for our couples massage so if we canceled we were still liable for payment. So we had to pay ourselves out of pocket for our appt. that day. The gift card did not actually arrive in my email until 7 days later! We live in a rural area with closest spa services that accept that giftcard 2 hours away. So we'll have to make another out of town trip and hope that the gift card actually works when we try again. Also still unclear on whether or not I have to use the entire amount all at once or I can book several different appointments and use it as a regular giftcard that will keep any balance not used.

Long story short. Terrible customer service response time.
I have been waiting about a week now for confirmation on a time sensitive cooking class (the class is during Valentine’s Day weekend and there were already limited options available). I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since my confirmed request for a booking that was submitted on 1/15. I have emailed/contacted their support team 3 times already with no response. At this point I would like a refund as the class my partner and I wanted will more than likely not be available and I would rather take my money and look for cooking class outside of this site.

Sometimes you need to exchange a gift you received from a loved one and Giftory couldn’t have made it easier! Though it does take some time, their customer service is great. I exchanged a gift easily with them and never had to have that uncomfortable interaction with my friend for getting me a gift I did not like!!

I'm disappointed. I booked the ziplining and it got canceled due to wind on the day of the adventure, which I totally understand. However, I did not receive a new code to do another booking and the giftory customer service has long response times of 5-7 business days. I guess this adventure has to wait for the response how annoying

I was looking for a special activity to do for my wife’s birthday and came across Giftory. I found their Bustronome Fine Dining Lunch Bus Tour of NYC, and at first it was priced at a little over $200, which I thought was reasonable, so I went ahead and booked it. I received my confirmation email right away, along with information about other activities and experiences Giftory offers.
While browsing those options, I noticed the same Bustronome experience was being offered at a lower price for a shorter duration, which I was totally okay with. I reached out to Giftory’s support team, and a couple of days later they refunded the difference, which I really appreciated.
The booking process itself was pretty straightforward. After submitting the days I was available, I received confirmation a few days later. Overall, the customer service was helpful, the process was easy, and I’m really looking forward to the experience.

Do not use this platform. My headline says it all, but AFTER purchasing a class - for 2 I might add, I found out that I couldn't book the class online and I had to call. Well, their number doesn't work, and either apparently does their customer service email. After 3 weeks, 2 instances of the class has passed, I've sent 8 emails, and still no response - even though I know they are opening the emails. I have given them the chance to at least communicate with me before posting this, warning them that I would post as well as contact my credit card company, and nothing. Horrendous experience, especially counting in the fact that I was taking a friend as a birthday gift.

Bought a ticket to an event that the supplier is no longer hosting. Giftory asked me to pick another experience and wont respond to emails requesting refund. Had to do a chargeback on credit card

So dissapointed. Buyer beware. The cooking classes advertised to be available may not actually be available. (Showed available 12/21/25 was no longer available 3 weeks later, 1/11/26). By the time all this is figured out, you’re beyond the 14 day return policy timeframe. I have yet to get a hold of customer support. Multiple emails, can’t find the chat option they say exists and pending a return call from voice mail left. Going the Giftory route is more trouble than it’s worth. Save yourself the aggravation from one consumer to another.
Update: Giftory initially offered $50 to update this review but declined. While they did end up getting new date offerings for the specific class I was looking for, I still don’t recommend going through Giftory. Way too much of a hassle through their lacking customer service.

My Sea Rocket Fast Boat Tour on Friday Jan,9 1PM was canceled because of lack of passengers. I was notified at 11:30 AM that morning.
That Friday was the only day available to us for the tour and we asked for a refund. We were told the refund would take 3 to 4 business days. Three phone calls and one week later no refund. And now we are being told Sea Rocket is not the right source for our refund.
They can't make out where our booking was made. That is who should issue the refund.
Sounds like a scam to me. Here is my booking info I want my refund.
