Disgusting service
This company has the worst customer service. I advised on a Facebook post that the gems
on my earring had come out and one was lost. The company at first said I hadn't ordered from them before telling me my order was 4 months ago and the defect warranty was 30 days. I asked if this stood if the product was faulty and they said I couldn't prove I hadn't stood on them or left them out in the blazing heat meaning the warm glue could make the stones come off. I was not offered a good will gesture, like most companies would, just rude communication and then when I said I would tell customers of their service they blocked me. I have never experienced such disgusting service. AVOID.
