Ordered 4 customized gifts for my friends. The order was delivered. The gifts are cute. No complaints.

This POS company preys on customers and does not refund for the garbage they send in place of the quality items they advertised. GIFTCHEER IS A SCAM!
Whoever is behind this company are thieves, and hopefully they burn in hell for stealing their customers hard earned money.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not order from them. I ordered two custom racing hats back in December. I emailed back and forth for 2 months and all I got was “they are in making” finally I got a notification saying it shipped but could never track the items. Randomly, it showed up and I only received 1 of the hats. So I emailed again that they forgot part of my order they said that one was “still in making” now here I am 3 months since I ordered and I still do not have the second part and now they are telling me they can refund me but I get charged a 30% handling fee I refused because this isn’t my fault and all they can say is “that’s our policy” so now I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank because it’s absolutely ridiculous. Pay for something and you don’t even get it, and their customer service is horrible! Absolutely horrible. Do not order from them ever! By the looks at other reviews, this seems to be common with this company.

I ordered a customized picture frame. They misspelled the child's name. I checked the order and the fault was theirs, not mine (name was spelled correctly when ordered). They would only offer 50% back for something I cannot use. Tried to get my money back through PayPal, but because it's custom, their buyer protection plan doesn't cover it..... attempted to go back for the 50% that was offered to at least offset some of my loss and they will no longer provide it. Now I am out 100% of my money plus the cost of a replacement gift (from somewhere else of course) for a mistake that was entirely GiftCheers fault.

They took my money and never sent my order. It’s been two months and multiple emails back and forth. They finally said it was shipped but couldn’t send a shipping link. They stole my money and I’m currently disputing the charge with PayPal but assuming I won’t get it back.

I ordered the first day of school bracelets for my granddaughter and her mom. They switched the names, and put them on the wrong bracelets, making them useless. Their response is, since it's been more than 7 days, they can't tell if the problem is from them or from my "misuse of the product". What??

Do not purchase from this site. They did not provide all of the items, stated they would immediately send the missing item out…it’s never arrived and has been almost a month. When I requested a refund they stated they could give me a discount. Ripoff

Terrible experience. Item arrived 3+ weeks after order was placed and college banner colors were wrong. I took a photo of the banner next to the correct college colors and their response was "it's your lighting!" Do not buy from Giftscheer. They further explained that they "don't care about the correct college colors". Horrible customer service.

Scammers. Don’t order from here!

I finally received my order and I hate it! It is so cheap and cheesy looking. I could have made this myself.

You have the worst shipping, terrible customer service, and a poorly made product that in no way reflects what was advertised.

Ordered an item for Valentine's Day and still haven't received it. It's March 5th, i ordered it January 8th which was more than enough time to get it here in time for Valentine's Day. As of today, my item still says that there is a shipping label created but the item hasn't been picked up/shipped. Asked for a refund and was told they cannot refund since it was "shipped". So basically, they are taking your money, creating a shipping label and never shipping.

I ordered a Valentine chocolate box for my boyfriend on February 2nd, expecting it to be delivered by Valentine’s Day. When I looked at tracking on February 14th the status said Processing. As of February 20th the status was still Processing! It hadn't even been shipped yet. I requested a refund and was told even though the product had not been shipped 18 days after I placed my order, they would refund my $189.00 minus 30%! It had not been shipped yet! The reply I received was "Sorry. That's our policy." Suddenly the item was shipped without a delivery date. So I paid $189.00 for a Valentine gift that my boyfriend won't get until possibly St. Patrick's Day. I will never order from this company again.
UPDATE: The item finally arrived on March 18th and it is a worthless piece of junk. I can't believe I paid $189.00 for this. It is nothing like the photo on the website. The company refuses to refund my money. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Order some caps. Over a month ago and still not ship... Start a dispute on PayPal. Bad company

Dishonest company. Shipping takes a very long time AND they do not honor their refund/return policy despite sending me the wrong item. I’m out money and have an incorrect lower priced item and they’re not willing to resolve. If you have an issue, you’ll have to dispute the charge with your credit card/paypal to get anywhere with them. What a horrible company.

If Icould rate this as no stars then I would. $140 for the cheapest price of garbage I've ever seen. Most bottles don't fit, and the ones that do leak all over the place. When we contacted them, they just said "we don't make the bottles". Garbage product from a garbage company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered the Wooden Double Faucer Whiskey Dispenser on 18th November with an expectation it would be here for Christmas. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time but a few days later.
I opened it up before I gave it to my husband and even thou it looks pretty but for $140 it was cheap pine wood that had been stained and I was actually embarrassed to give it to him as it was cheap and nasty. I also bought the 20 water bottle xmas stickers and who knows when they will rock up. I certainly will not be buying anything through these people again and won't recommend.

Ordered Nov 17, 2023 and never received. I was told they would charge me a 30% restocking fee to cancel. Will dispute with my bank.

I ordered from them over a month ago and they keep telling me it will be shipped soon. I asked for a refund and was told they would keep 30% as a cancellation fee!!! Crooks. I spent a lot of money on this one item meant for a special friend for Christmas. If i could give negative stars I would.

They are thieves! Took my money and didn’t send my merchandise. They kept lying about it being on the way! DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Scam!!! I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order. This was a Special gift for someone special… The company will not respond when I have emailed them. Not to sure what to from here. I will contact the better business bureau and report this company to Facebook!😡
