Just ok
I ordered two items and was later told that one of the items (a hoodie) was out of stock and that they would send the one in-stock item by itself. I would have preferred to have the option to order another hoodie or other items. This would have been advantageous for Edinburgh too since they would have increased sales. I then had to pay the shipping fee twice.

Great experience with the gift shop order
It was so helpful to be able to order this gift to be delivered to our grandson, since we live a long distance away. He loved the hoody that we ordered, and it was delivered to him from the gift shop, with updates for us every step of the way. I would definitely use this service again.
