Appalling service
Appalling service. Gift was to be delivered last Friday for an 80th birthday party the following day
So called local delivery driver couldn't find the address and didn't bother to phone the recipient for directions. Delivery was finally made today (Monday)...72 hours late. No customer recovery efforts made.

Thank you for your valued review and our sincerest apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
To confirm your preferred delivery date on your order was Friday 3rd January and your gift was shipped from us on Thursday 2nd on a next working day delivery service with our courier DPD.
We can see from the tracking data that an attempt to locate the delivery address was made on 3rd January at 15:14pm and was noted on the tracking information. Also, looking, at the co-ordinates, they show the driver as 0.5 miles away from the correct address, unfortunately, due to not being able to locate the address, your gift was returned to the delivering depot at 16:09pm that day.
On Saturday 4th January at 08:32am notes were received providing instructions of how to locate the address, these notes were added and the next available delivery date was Monday 6th when a successful delivery was made at 12:43.
Unfortunately the couriers are not always able to ring the delivery point which I am sure you can appreciate however we fully appreciate your frustration and our staff are always here to help. The carriage charge has already been refunded back to your card used on the original transaction as way of an apology for the delivery delay which was unfortunately outside our control.
Once again our sincerest apologies.

I have just started using this Company and to date I have received great customer service and on time delivery. Yvonne contacted me and introduced herself offering to help with any future orders, which was lovely, especially if you have multiple deliveries. I will definitely use again.

Great customer service from start to finish. One of my orders couldn't be delivered as it needed to go special security checking site, which I wasn't aware of. Steve was so efficient and sorted the redirection out and kept me informed right up to successful redelivery! Will definitely use Gifts International again. Would highly recommend!

World class service on a short timeline!
I had a VERY last minute request to send x8 bottles of champagne to 8 different people to arrive next day. I gave Yvonne the request at 3:55pm and her team turned it abound for me in 15 minutes and the service was incredible, highly recommend. Thank you!!

WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN TAXES
WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN TAXES. I paid £96 with postage and still my relation who I sent it to had to pay £16 import taxes. The information about this on Gifts International is fairly well hidden.
If you do take the above into account then the actual gift was great and the delivery was on time and well delivered. They would have received 5* for the present and delivery.

Great for sending special occasion gifts
Great for sending chocolates, champagne and a bespoke note by courier.
The courier (DHL) delivered to the wrong address, but customer service was exemplary and tracked down the parcel whilst sending out a replacement at the same time. Best customer service I've come across in a long while.
