The customer service was second to none. The gift was loved by the recipient and brought a piece of their Irish heritage to the USA.

I live in Canada, Irish heritage. My Nephew/Godson was getting married in Northern Ireland but lives in England. Unable to be present on this wonderful day I wanted to get something very special indeed for the couple. I have purchased from here a few times. Most recently the Donnelly Family Crest, as a gift for my Father in Law and 3 Brothers in Law. They were each delighted with the framed parchments and they are already on display in their 4 homes since Christmas. The Service was top notch and these Irish Family names are so unique, I didn't come across these anywhere else. 10 out of 10 for quality, uniqueness, fast delivery - truly a personalized gift. Even though buying online, I felt like the buying process was personal and authentic to Ireland! There wasn't one of the exact teas in the set that I ordered, so instead, the team personally selected one of their favorite teas to replace it, sent along a beautiful worry stone and lapel pin as an apology, AND sent a HAND-WRITTEN note explaining. This very minor hiccup in the order ended up making me even MORE satisfied with my purchase. 10/10 will be purchasing from this shop in the future, anytime we feel we need another taste of Ireland.
